“Very nice and very clean. Do not buy there locks for 20.00 go down the street to Harbor Freight and pay 7.00. They say 50 percent off the first three months, so the bill should be 38.00 with tax , but then they tack on some non refundable 25.00 processing fee which has no meaning. They include the insurance in the monthly fee.”

“Updating. After leaving several SMS messages, I received a call back. I explained my attempts to contact them and that I had been invoiced for an additional month that I wasn't using. The person I spoke to was apologetic and undid the charge for the extra month. I appreciated the ease of the conversation and the quick correction. Hopefully the company will address the communication problems.They were great when we were getting the storage unit rental established. However, I am beginning to wonder if not returning phone calls when the customer is ready to end the storage agreement is part of the business plan. I placed 3 phone calls notifying them and requesting a return call. But I never get one. In the meantime, I am being charged for an additional month. No one ever answers the phone and all business is by appointment only. Placed another call today. The voice mail is full.”

“This storage unit has been great for the last year that we've used them. We got the unit last year and have been happier with them than anywhere else we've ever had a storage unit. They're run by Dale Willey, who I've also had great experiences with. The units are large, with tall ceilings and really heavy steel doors. I also was happy that the unit came with a large wooden platform to keep our stuff dry in case rain came under the door. The staff has always been friendly, and they've been kind and understanding when we've forgotten to stop in and pay on time!”

“Not sure why the other review is 1 Star. This place ROCKS! Affordable prices. Easy sign in and set up! Clean storage units. This is my second time to rent from them since July of 2020. It is Feb. 2022, now. I had left a voice mail and I received a follow up call the next day about having 2 units available. She held it for me since I was first via a voice mail. The place is clean. Never a line. (The New Yorker in me loves this!) The place is easy to get in and out via the gate. You receive a key and a magnetic key for opening the gate. Only once have I had someone come down the lane I was in while dropping off some stuff. I backed out, which wasn't hard. This place is right by Clinton Lake. You can park boats, trailers, campers in addition to different size storage units. If you want easy, affordable and clean, this is your place to go.”

“I give it a four if it was a little bit cleaner around the other storage units less grass and mold or algae around a lot of the storage units they replace the lighting which was good but I think they need more cameras up. I think they'd have was issues with people moving out”
