I usually don’t post reviews but have been so incredibly impressed with Carmen! When I first met her my hair was a mess after a terrible dye by a previous stylist in another town. I practically threw myself at her sight unseen because my hair was so bad… and I don’t even really care about my hair. She made me an appointment and I decided to go with atypical color-blue. I’d historically been a basic brown for my entire life but wanted to try something out there. My big fear was looking like a cheap box home attempt but man did she come through! She gave me beautiful blue highlights with dark lowlights that look both fresh and edgy but I can also pull off professionally. I get compliments everywhere I go, and every time I come in wanting to try something different she makes it 100 times better than I’d imagined. She is truly an artist. My color also lasts 10-12 weeks and is just as good at the end as the beginning, I kid you not. I cannot recommend this salon enough! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been a client of Carmen Rodriquez-Ware for close to 30 years. We met in our 20’s and I’m now 60. She’s still giving me sexy cuts and the best weaves. She also studied under the great Eric Fisher. She’s a hairstylist that you can tell her what you want and she delivers. Thanks for all the great cuts and amazing conversations.Service: Haircut

This is the only place I will ever go. As a former hair stylist I am a little psycho about my hair. Terri is the most skilled stylist I have ever had. In her free time she travels the country taking specialized cut and color classes from renouned hair dressers to hone her skill. I have been going here for years.

Carmen Rodriguez at Salon Pearl is amazing! I have recently had my hair dyed, styled, and cut by Carmen and I could not be happier with the results. Not only do I love her for her hair skills, but she is the friendliest and easiest stylist to talk to. I could be in her chair for 4 hours and it will only feel like 30 minutes! I am so very glad to have her as my new stylist :)

Courtney is a hair goddess. I went to her a few weeks before my wedding for a cut and color and my hair has never looked better. Her color technique is amazing. Then she did the hair for my wedding and just knocked it out of the park. I absolutely loved how my hair looked and my bridesmaids all loved theirs too! She is also such a blast to have with you on the morning of your wedding! Could not recommend her enough!
