Quiet relaxing experience and offers high end hair care products! I've been looking foe Kevin Murphy and was thrilled to see their line sold at this salon. Maddie is my stylist and one of the best!

I’m writing on behalf of my wife who has a really unfortunate experience with this salon. Initially, she had a positive experience changing her hair color to brunette and enjoyed working with a particular stylist at the solon. However, subsequent visits over the past few weeks, after her preferred stylist's departure, have been disappointing. Despite booking an appointment online and arriving on time, she was informed that the process would take too long and had to reschedule. She was promised that in the next appointment, her desired hair coloring would be completed with no issues. Arriving at her next appointment she faced another setback when an employee expressed discomfort with bleaching her hair. Despite multiple attempts, her desired outcome hasn’t been achieved, leaving her frustrated. She requested a discount for the inconvenience of traveling and paying for long parking sessions, which was promised to be discussed with the owner, yet she hasn’t received a follow-up call as assured and she instead had to reach out a week after the fact and was met with apologetic hosts apologizing for the owners lack of professionalism.
After a week or of calling the salon, with promises of the owner being contacted by the host to reach out to my wife, she eventually received an email from the owner after having directly emailed him. Very similar to the comments on negative reviews here, the owner seemed uncaring of his customers and instead seemed unapologetic for the extremely delayed responses and the negative experience my wife has faced. It seems the owner is more interested in pushing blame on his customers rather than taking any responsibility.
As her husband, I find this lack of professionalism and coordination unacceptable, as it has resulted in wasted time and money for my wife. I imagine the stylists have no control and are great at what they do, but if they promise or you expect to have any interaction with the owner, prepare to be extremely disappointed.

Thank you for your reply. You responded faster to this negative review than to my wife's original emails. She went to a different salon and received her desired coloring in a single session. It may be time to update your staff training and improve customer service, as she had no issues at the other establishment unlike what she experienced here.

I was 8 minutes late for an appointment because I spent around 15 minutes looking for a parking spot on mass street. As I was about to walk in they called me and told me she couldn't take me anymore for an eyebrow wax that lasts around 10 min. I explained that there was no parking and I was about to walk in, but the lady on the phone was super rude and unapologetic. I feel like appointments usually get cancelled when you are around 15-20 min late. It seemed super weird to me that she left after it being only 8 min, especially when I explained I had just parked and was about 1 min away.

Very satisfied with my pedicure I got yesterday! Emily used to be my gal but she has since left and I was kind of reluctant to have someone else do my nails, but Brittany was fantastic! Brittany was very friendly, and I can’t wait to book with her again!

Yes, I was attended by Kat remember? she was unprofessional from beginning to end. She darkened my hair without we discussing any changes of color. She said it would light up after a few washes.but that was like a month ago and it has not lighten up. The worst is that she didn’t offer to fix the problem, all she said it was “I’m sorry”. I myself had to fix the problem with the owner. I do appreciate the refund though. I gave you another star for that.

Hallie is amazing! She did my Mom’s hair that’s so thick. My Mom can’t sit very long and it was a perfect service. She took the time to care about her hair, my opinion as well, and listened to my moms stories. A true caring hair professional! Thank you so much!!
