I absolutely love this print shop, my entire life hinges on their weekly desktop planners. The undated format frees me of the guilt of wasting pages, and the simple checklist is surprisingly exactly what I needed. I've always struggled with planners but THIS IS THE ONE!! Their shipping time is very fast as well, I was given a 2-4 day turnaround time for shipping and 2-7 days for delivery on top, but I ended up with the package 3 days later (and I had ordered 6 items late in the day!) which was relieving as I'd bought my first one in-person and was nervous these wouldn't come by the time I needed them (I was cutting it close), and it came 4 days beforehand! Theyre absolutely beautiful and packaged in a way that made me feel really comfortable opening the individual items, I was confident there'd be no damage (plenty of paper). I bought 5 planners as well as a notebook and they're all absolutely wonderful and gorgeous. I just took a break from writing in the journal to write this review. I could not rave more about this print shop and express how much their products really have changed my life as someone whos a bit of a wreck and needed a planner where I could choose between being high-maintenence and low-maintinence depending on the day. Some weeks my planner is covered in highlighter and sparkles, other days its bare bones black ink, and either way its aesthetically pleasing. If you struggle with planners like I did, give this one a try. I cant recommend it enough.

Beautiful shop with tons of paper goods. We’ve been looking for a weekly meal planner for our fridge. We didn’t realize how many options we would have. This store deserves two laps or you might miss exactly what you’re looking for!!Very thankful for this shop owner! Had a weird experience and it was turned around with their immediate response.I was handled with a lot of care and grace and I appreciated all their help.

This shop in Lawrence is WONDERFUL. They have a large selection of products from the world's best notebooks, to planners, notepads, pens, gift items, to a whole wall of cute cards. They always have the best window displays on Mass Street and all the employees are polite and helpful. They sell both their own products which are designed, printed, and bound locally in Lawrence as well as a variety of other brands including from other small businesses.

I always love shopping here. They have such fun merchandise. Last week, with the help from Julie, I was able to find a gift, the perfect hilarious card for a friend getting married, and an amazing cat canvas pouch for myself. I love that some of their merchandise is designed and printed locally. Highly recommend!

I LOVE stationary and paper things. OMG! I was so excited to go into this store. Normally, this type of store is my wheelhouse. I braved parking downtown to go to this stationary store and I sure wished I had saved my time and efforts. They have some adorable things in this establishment. I was all set to make a big purchase until I turned into a ghost. The young lady at the front desk was not on her phone but she was on her computer. She never looked at me. I walked right in front of her and type, type, type. Casper, I tell ya. No one greeted me, no one offered help, no one even knew I was in the store. Type, type, type. I looked at the items in my bag and I decided not to purchase anything at this store. They made me feel uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. I could not believe there was not one word spoken to me. How difficult would it have been to give me a kind "Hello!"? Well, apparently, that is too much to ask from this store. As a customer I had to make an effort to drive downtown from south Lawrence, fight for a parking space, pay for parking just to browse this store. The very least I should have received was a welcome. Perhaps a stationary and printing store in a high rent area already has enough customers and they don't need my money. I would think they would need all the customers they can get in their location. I will not be back despite the cool things they had in the store.

I might as well have been a ghost. No one acknowledged me, greeted me or even looked at me. It wasn’t terrible customer service… it was non-existent customer service. This business made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. There was a girl behind the counter who never even looked up from her computer. I took my business elsewhere and will not be back.

This Lawrence Kansas treasure is my go-to for all things paper-related. I always buy my Christmas cards, tags, and gift-wrap here, and it's a special place to buy a birthday card and gift for friends and family. I also love their assortment of pens and other writing utensils. Located on storied Massachusetts street in downtown Lawrence, Ruff House is a must-visit whether you live here or are only in town for the day!

This store is one that makes downtown so great! They are a go to for greeting cards, both funny and beautiful, pens, planners, and all sorts of gifts. They are also an in house print shop, so their craft is LEGIT!!
