While the man was nice and made buying the car easy, the quality of the car was lacking. Sold us a junker car. Have had to at least spend $1,500 fixing it up over the ONE year that I’ve had the car. Make sure a mechanic checks cars you get from this place.

They made a spare key for a vintage car for me. I brought in my own blank and they made the spare in under two minutes. Incredibly fast. Charge was less than $5.

I go here on occasion to see what is available and consider whether to buy my next car here. I bought a car from Dave back when he first opened this store under his original name of Black and White Auto and that started a long, solid business relationship. Now here it is almost a decade later and I keep my eye on his available vehicles so that when I see something that catches my eye, I can zip right over and get it before someone else does. Dave is a man of honor and integrity, so that is why I prefer to work with him and his dealership above anyone else. You'll get nothing but the best from him.

I found a car I was interested in on Rueschhoff's website. When I went over to look, Chad let us take our time and look around the lot without hovering or pressuring. The entire buying process was so easy! The car had a couple of little items I wanted repaired (small crack in windshield, extra key) and Chad readily agreed to handle both of my requests. He got the car detailed, installed four new tires, ordered a key, and made an appointment for the windshield. Two days later, I drove off the lot in my new (used) Honda with a smile and my nerves intact. I'm staying off the big lots that charge $300-$500 for transfer fees and sticking with Rueschhoffs from now on.
