Would never use or suggest this business to anyone. Called them end of September was told to bring car after the first of month. Contacted AAA and had car towed to them on 5. Was told several different times they would be starting work on in. Was told short on employees. January was told putting motor in another car then would start on me. They got so they would not return calls. In February again getting ready to start on vehicle. Then towards end of march was told to come get didn’t have time. Had to get another tow company to get call and take else where. Bad customer service.

There are no words to describe the care, concern and thorough work Grady and family have shown over the last 6 years to my daughter and son who shared our 2006, 258,000 mile Volvo wagon. Having two college kids 1300 miles away from home driving around in a car with that kind of mileage can be nerve racking but I have never trusted anyone as much as Red Ink Racing with the welfare of my kids. You will never find anyone with as much knowledge, care and respect of a budget than the great folks at Red Ink.

The owner is awesome! Full of so much helpful information and tips on what to do in an auto-emergency. This is the 1st good experience I've had with a BMW specialist, actually out of all experiences with mechanics hands down the best. I highly recommend going here to get your BMW serviced or repaired!

Grady and his dad run a great shop, they worked really hard to get my Bmw back on the road and will stop at nothing until the Jobs done and done right! 10/10 would recommend and demonstrated Excellent customer service and communication.

I've been taking my BMW X5 to this place for a couple months now, these guys are very knowledgeable and informative about what is wrong with your car and will do whatever they can to get it fixed. Great service! They will give you a ride to or from there if you need to keep your car in shop for a day or two, which is awesome. I'm glad we have a mechanic in Lawrence that specializes in European cars only.
