Regarding the purchase of a new vehicle, I have to give them 5 stars! Todd Kelley was responsive & patient with us during the process. Not only that, the dealership didn't price gouge us by adding on a cost over MSRP while every other dealership in the area are. Plus they honored the dealer incentives that are happening now. This dealership respects the customer. I highly recommend their sales department! Hopefully I can say the same thing about their service department in the future.

During this unprecedented time, we have had the unfortunate necessity of replacing, trading and buying 3 vehicles. Todd made this experience as straightforward, smooth, and transparent as possible, communicating via text with updates on vehicle availability as well as rate changes, even doing so while he was on vacation! BEWARE of buying a car at this dealership. They have refused to give me my registration paperwork so I can legally register my brand new car for 5 months [when I was supposed to get it in 3 weeks] with them admitting it is their fault. Now they are holding it hostage until I pay them cash which is against the agreement they originally said to me despite all payments being paid to Hyundai Finance, and car remaining insured. Did they sell me an illegal car or one without registration? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will be very nice but LIE more than any other car dealership.

They will sell new cars with no registration papers oh they tell you it will be ok and there not lieing it is ok for them beware about buying a new car from them and expecting to drive it. 5 months no papers boycot them

Never take your car to this dealership to have any work done. I took my car there to have 3 recalls taken care of. After I left the dealership my car started missing and white smoke coming out of the back. I called the service manager and he said they noticed a knock in my engine. It seemed like this was going to be the diagnosis of the issue not what they had done for the recalls. I told him that the engine had piston slap due to the manufacturing of the engine not being de bured properly.

I've been going to Hyundai for years and have always had great service. Recently I bought a car and it was the best car buying experience I could have asked for! recommend Laird Noller Hyundai to all my friends and family!

My initial review of Laird Noller Lawrence Hyundai was out of frustration with previous service at this location. Seems like most service appointments take forever to get on the schedule and had one bad experience at an oil change. That being said, the staff is nice, follow up with you, and do their best to accommodate the needs of many. I appreciate their honesty and candor and I had to re-review them.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and it was by far the best automotive buying experience I have had. I worked with Dennis and Josh. It was a no-nonsense purchase and most of the time was focused on getting the vehicle ready to drive home. If I buy another Hyundai, I would definitely purchase from here.

We really like the Tucson we purchased. And since the purchase the Service department has been really good. However, nothing can make up for the fact that the sales team was dishonest--first about pricing, claiming that even though we had a quote from CarSmart they were obligated to try to sell the car for a higher price, so the first quote they gave was a couple grand higher than CarSmart. When we called them on it they apologized. The salesman said that the manager wouldn't let him honor the proper price. Once we got the price settled, the manager said that it turned out they didn't have a finance person in the Iowa Street dealership after all, so he had a salesperson drive me to the 23rd street location where I waited over two hours just to begin the purchase process. It's too bad they are blatantly dishonest.
