Took my car in to get a part for my brakes replaced. When I went to pick it up I was informed that they had ordered the wrong part and “rigged” my brakes back together and that should work till the following week when the correct part comes in. Very frustrated with this I asked to speak to the manager , after about 20 minutes the kid at the desk told me the manager was too scared to come out and talk to me. I would highly recommend taking your car some place else .

I was in Lawrence for the day and unfortunately picked up a screw in my tire. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday so I limped my truck to Quick Lane where Hayley and the staff were so kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to find me a tire from another shop because mine couldn’t be repaired and they didn’t have any in stock. I truly appreciate the service I received. Thank you so much!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told they can't do it due to lug nuts were swelled up. Told me I had to purchase new ones. Asked how much they were and was told we don't sell lug nuts just tires. I said that's odd but ok. I was charged anyways for a tire rotation anyways. Disappointed in there service. Will start taking my lincoln somewhere else.

I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! I went in last Monday 9/9 to have my oil changed and tires rotated, they tried to up charge me for a coolant flush which I didn't need but refused to tell me they couldn't get my tires off to rotate them due to not having a wheel lock key, I had to actually read the paperwork to find out I didn't get my tires rotated. So I went across the street to talk to my salesmen and he ordered a new set and told me to take it back to quick lanes to have them break off the old locks and replace them with the new set once l got them. I then made an appointment to go back in to have them do that, today on 9/16 an hour after my appointment they finally pull my car back and proceed to tell me they can't break off the old ones to replace them with the new ones. My boyfriend had to replace my wheel locks, just for them to turn around and order a new set of locks because she messed one up. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Quick Lanes FOR ANYTHING.

$150 and 1 hour and 45 minutes later my oil was changed. As soon as I drove away I heard a thumping noise underneath, turns out they took off the air deflector and didn't replace all of the retainer nuts.
$25 shop fees
$18 oil additive that wasn't requested
$35 labor

2 hours and 125 bucks for a basic oil change that I made an appointment for. Hard pass. Front counter lady was kind though.

Called them twice to check for the price of mounting 2 tires and they said 25$ plus tax per tire and they said on call this includes everything like balancing and etc.. when I walked in and asked them the price they said 55$ a tire and when I told them that I just talked to one of you on call and the price was 25$ a tire then they go like you talked to the customer service which then when I called the same number in the place the phone inside the shop starting ringing. So they lied about that then they go wait let me check and then after checking something he says it’s 30$ a tire. It just doesn’t feel nice when you know that they just tried scamming you. I would rather pay more to people who are honest about there prices then paying a scammer.

Slow, the only reason is I have a maintenance contract. Last time took truck to get worked on had to take it twice to them cause they did not order the right parts. Worst service dept in town.

Two hours and fifty minutes for an oil change and tire balance/rotate. Absolutely absurd. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am, I was early and at 10:30am my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I understand staffing shortages but take away some appointment times if you can’t keep up. This isn’t the first time and I won’t be back a lot of better options in town.

Made an appointment for 2:15 PM today. Monday , June 17th. Arrived 5 minutes early. At 3:15 PM the took my truck in for an oil change. Who knows when the truck will be finished. Should have gone down the street2 buildings to Jiffy Lube . I would be finished. Why make an appointment? Poor service. Wasn’t that way when Laird was alive . Jim

Really nice staff and helpful, I told them about the steering wheel shaking and move side to side and they said to talk to the hyunadi dealer, the hyunadi dealer said we won’t replace them and we can’t replace every part, it’s more like we won’t and I told the ford quick lane here and the guy over all the service in laird Noller said we will replace them.

Every time we've been here, we make an appointment ahead of time and somehow we still spend 40 minutes in the lobby watching our vehicle sit in the parking lot before having to say something for them to finally (after an additional 15 minutes) pull our vehicle in to work on. We always spend at least an hour and a half in total here just for an oil change, and most of that time is spent with our vehicle just sitting and waiting for them to work on. At least schedule us for a later time if it's going to take that long to pull our vehicle in please...I'm usually a patient person but that's ridiculous
