Great staff very friendly and welcoming their attitude really makes the gym feel like a judgment free zone and they also have a great trainer that genuinely wants to help you reach your goals. The place is a lot cleaner than a lot of the gyms I go to or see and they have a nice wide range of machines so if somethings taken to can go to one of the same machine or a different one to work out the same muscle group in maybe a way you haven't tried before overall a great place to be to get your workout in.

Staff is friendly and equipment is well maintained, just wish they were open later.

The morning time at this particular PF is the best time to work out. Nice elliptical machines.

The staff make you feel like you are unwelcome and unwanted at the gym They are rude and don't know basic information and act as if your questions and existence are a burden to them. Very condescending to people with bigger bodies. If the website is unclear you will get several different answers depending on which employee you speak to regarding policy. First time in the gym I approached an employee to see how to check in and was rudely told that you do it on the app as I typed this review my photos not even on file because the stuff flat out refuse to help me finish setting my account up.

What a joke for their hours.Working out of town and was hoping to use my membership.5am is worthless when I start work at 6am.I guess I’ll cancel and get a Crunch membership, because they are 24 hours during the week.

Great environment! Fair pricing, I LOVE that you can bring a guest every time with the black membership. That alone kept me renewing it even when I didn't use the gym much.Now they're helping me rehab from a car accident and get back into better shape than I've been in for years! A fine component of the community.

Went in had questions in reguards to joining. Staff was behind counter and kept informing me I do everything online from my phone as if I was bothering them. I have a year paid membership as a gift but per the customer service on that day. NOPE I now paid $50 a month for the atmosphere and helpful staff ect. Remember peoples first experiences is everything there was 3 staff members behind counter talking and I was a bother. Needless to say anytime I’ve expressed my experience at this location it is not like it was the last or first

Friendly, low-key place to work out....if employees show up. Today about a dozen customers left because the store didn't open as expected.

Decent little gym, machines are pretty well kept. The employees unfortunately don’t really do too much besides sit behind the desk besides the occasional manager. The water filter is almost never changed I think it’s been in the red for the past month+. It’s hard to believe they would not change it for that long so maybe the light is just broken? A bit disappointing regardless.

There was nobody to open this morning. Myself and several others waited in our cars for 20 minutes for no employee to show up.This has happened on more than one occasion (at least once per month) -Whether it’s because the employee forgot their key, got the wrong key, or didn’t show up until 45 minutes after opening.This is unacceptable and I will be canceling my membership. I’d rather pay more somewhere else where I can actually get in when I need to so I can get to the office on time.If you come after opening, this gym still has good equipment and decent cleanliness, which is the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1.
