As you can see, CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent at this place!! I was told I had to have an APPOINTMENT TO GET AN ESTIMATE! Then to PILE ON, I was informed it would be AT LEAST A WEEK!I said NO THANK YOU as I went out the door as rapidly as possible!!

I am reading a lot of positive reviews regarding this company. Sorry, but I had a little different experience. I have no complaints regarding their quality of work. However, I secured an estimate for some minor damage to my car. I was told that if any hidden damage was found, affecting the repair costs they would contact me. I called twice to inquire about the progress on my car of about a week and a half and was given a time of completion. When I went in to pick up my car and pay my bill I was told that due to some hidden damage, they had to put in another 6 hours of labor which added $400.00 to my estimated cost. No one mentioned this even when I called to talk to them twice. When I reflect on how all of this played out I have a couple of thoughts. 1) there was no hidden damage and this was just their business routine. For the record, I didn't buy your story, as I looked the car over well and removed panels to see the damage myself before I brought it in. 2.) They don't do what they say they will do, by not notifying me regarding the additional costs. So I won't be using or recommending your collision repair business going forward. And your extra-large German Sheppard dog in the office is nothing more than veiled intimidation he's not helping business.

Had the bumper of my van ripped off in an accident. Pearson got us in quickly for an estimate and were able to schedule us before any other place around town. They were easy to communicate with and did a great job! The day after I picked the car up I noticed the headlight was out on one side. I called them the next morning and I was able to bring the car in that same day and they fixed it for me. So pleased with the customer service and great work done by Pearson. Thank you!

Had damages occur while our vehicle was at a repair shop. Pearson did the estimate and scheduled us soon as they could get us in. Perfect customer support customer care and felt great the whole time. Totally made the process timely and explained all the issues thoroughly and didnt cut corners! I would recommend pearson to anyone in the area with estimates needed or damages assesed and very good comparable repair cost for labor parts and damages.

Mike Pearson the owner of the shop is in incapable of finishing a job. The car was hit while parked on 10/29/2022 and 2 1/2 months later we still do not have the car back from Mr. Pearson and are be told it will be another week. This was after being told a week before Christmas 12/16/2022 the car would be done in 2 weeks. All we have had is excuses after excuses why he has not completed the work. When possible I want to support locally owned businesses but I would not use Pearson Collision Repairs Inc in Lawrence KS.

Mike Pearson, owner/operator of Pearson Collision in east Lawrence, does great work to repair fender-benders and other vehicle issues. He finds great prices for parts to help keep costs reasonable. Mike also has a great sense of humor to put customers at ease. I strongly recommend Pearson Collision for your body shop needs!

The owners, Mike and his wife Deb, are very down to Earth and real people! No pretension here! During the pandemic, I especially find it rewarding to find kind people who are up front and responsive plus who know what they are doing. They helped me get my bumper fixed in a creative way and this means a lot! I'm a mom of toddler twins who has limited time to accomplish things. They helped me quickly and efficiently. And I will be going back to get two more repairs addressed. Go here if you want a personal experience where people can be trusted to help you at a reasonable price!

Anytime you are trusting someone with your car it can go a variety of ways. I am so happy to report that Pearson Collision is a rare place where I feel like I was given a fair estimate and great service. Family owned, Mike the owner walked through the body work my car needed and explained all the fixes with clear estimates from multiple part distributors.
