A noticable difference of interaction as far as customer service for some reason. I have my suspicions. But I'm gonna leave it that. Love the store, it products and the overall atmosphere.

I am so glad that we have a Orscheln- Bomgaars in our Community. So many great Clothing items, Home & Garden treasure, Pets and Farm Animal needs and Gear. And Friendly, kind, and helpful.people WORKing hard to.serve us all. Thank you!!

Katy needs retrained right away. Not only did she overcharge me and i had to return for a refund, she also spoke horribly to me after making me switch lines 3 times. Continuing to make me wait to help other people who were in line behind me. Then we I asked about it she snapped at me and brought me to tears. She needs retrained in customers service asap. Carly needs fired bc when I tried to addresses the Katy issue , Carly completed ignored me. As a Manger if there is a problem with your employee you need to listen to the customer issue and address at a later time. Not ignore the customer and not even apologize for the experience I was currently having with you , your employee. Time to fire and hire new professional employees.

Not a good selection of products and I had to go to three different areas of the store to get pieces that should be in the same area. Was not greeted when I went in although I was stared at by the employees in front. I was searching for over 30 mins for what I needed and had multiple employees walk past me and not ask if I needed help or even acknowledge I was there. Hands down the worst Orscheln's I've ever visited. 0/10 not recommended.

One of our favorite farm stores. They always have the feed we need, even with the supply problems that have been happening lately. They are out of some of the more specialized items right now, but offered to call me when it's in stock.

This is my go-to place for my deer feed. They have always had inventory since I’ve been coming here for the last 8 years. Also, the apple corn real does work for attracting new deer!
