We just stood at the check out for 15 minutes trying to pay for our purchase. We gave up and left without buying anything. We could of just walked out with it because no one was around or paying attention. They need people on duty. Lost my business

Seriously?! They were closing and they STILL sold me a rising desk. That was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He even gave us both a handshake as we left thanking us for our purchase. AND helped us load the desk into our car. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! Amazing customer service. I’ll always shop here from now on for my office supplies. Amazing experience.

I originally went in for a printer issue. I found the correct cord I needed for my printer. And the person who helped me was up front and honest that the person who was computer savvy was at his store today. I was treated respectfully and the person helping was very friendly.

I was having a printer issue, sales manager, Oscar, helped me find the correct ink for my laser printer. He then took my old cartridges and recycled them. After that he carried everything out to my vehicle in the winter vortex weather for me. I got the help I needed and met a great person! Thank you Office Depot!

Worst customer service ever. Refused a cash refund WITH receipt during the return window - did not have original debit card so offered store credit - no thanks, I would like my money back! Very rude and lied to the corporate office saying they just didn’t have cash in store ($500). Why does a store not have $500 on hand for refunds, what if I would have paid in cash? Ridiculous. Shop elsewhere!

Except for the occasional out ofstock items and being a little bit pricey for their fax machine use, they have always had everything I need.
