I tried calling the automotive department a couple times with no answer. When I arrived the front desk employee blurted out I can't help you today when I inquired about a battery. At least try to find a solution or ask if I can make an appointment....anything would have been better. Their staff needs to be trained on customer service.

Horrible service. Have had to wait 1.5 hours+ multiple times to pick up grocery pickup orders.

I wouldn't give you even one star But your rating system requires at least one. I'm done with your checkout policy. I went in Sunday morning. Completed my shopping and went to checkout and there was ONE checker. There were NINE carts ahead of me. Carts continued to line up till there were 19 in line. I spent more time waiting to checkout than I did shopping. You are trying to force customers to self-check. I resent that policy and will now shop at Checkers.

DISGUSTING FERAL EMPLOYEES ON THE LOOSE!!!!! Walmart should be ashamed. Masks are NOT required, do not be fooled. Do not shop here if you want to stay alive. Their disgusting feral customers will infect you. I found roaches crawling on the floor as well.

Put in an order. Was told it was ready. Drove to Walmart and checked in by phone with their staff. 45 minutes later they came to tell me they forgot to check a bunch of people in and there were now eight people in front of me! Un-freaking-believable! God forbid you serve the people that have been sitting there for 45 EFFING MINUTES before all the new people -- after YOU SCREWED UP!!!! Zero remorse when I called to cancel. No apology. Brainless idiots. Not a surprise, I guess. This is Walmart after all. If I wasn't broke as a joke I'd never spend a penny there.

Giving you guys one star is a stretch. Your employees are on a power trip. We all are dealing with Covid-19 but if you have a problem working with the public then DONT! Exchanges not being done is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous! Furthermore there's a way to communicate that without having an attitude problem. Quinton needs a reality check you keep talking to people like that and one day you are going to meet someone who isn't going to tolerate it. It's disorganized, with seriously some of the most rude people I have encountered. For an "employee to follow a customer outside talking trash because someone went out "the wrong door" PUT A SIGN UP second of all are you serious. He followed someone with their child out the door screaming and arguing then saying "he's lucky he's working or it would be a problem" it's ridiculous threatening patrons. Get some training on customer service for your employees and actually pay the good ones well!

Horrid customer service, some very rude &/or incompetant employees. Always have problems w/ online orders, they get lost or "delayed" constantly. Will only visit as last resort.

went there to get just few things the checkout lady had no freaking clue how yo run register and cldnt figure out how to scan items what shld have been a quick checkout was over 25 min wait to have 7 things rung up. Worst s*** ever sam waltons gotta be rolling in his grave at way this place is run now.

Traveling through Lawrence we got a nail in our tire and headed to Walmart because we love their tire replacement policy. We arrived at the store at noon, explained we were traveling and needed help. We were told there was a 3 hour wait. At 5:00 pm we are still sitting waiting for the car to be completed. This is the slowest Walmart Automotive Center we have ever encountered. If at all possible avoid this location.

I truly despise coming here. Friday evening 6:45. 12 people in the return line. 1 guy working and having computer issues. 3 more sloths amble up and can't figure out the issue. No communication to those of in line. Sorry... 2 more associates have come up while I write this. Still only one person doing returns. This is the norm here. 2 registers normally open despite the line of customers.

I'm leaving the store at 4:40 and the receipt checker is checking EVERY SINGLE PERSON. Not just items that aren't in bags. Doesn't look in the bags just looks at the outside of them. Wtf does that prevent? Someone could of not scanned something at self checkout and still put it in a bag and you'd never know. I think it's so stupid, Costco never has a line this freaking long OR SLOW to check receipts.

There's hardly ever any registers open. 2 at max. The garden center doors will be open and a greeter at the doors however no cashiers so you're wasting your time walking down there to check out. They stock shelves in the middle of the day so there's no room to walk the isles. And I couldn't tell you how many times I have noticed bad fruits and produce on the shelves.

I went to day to buy some golf tees today and yes they had them. The price was great too. It all went bad when I went to check out in the back where the lawn furniture was. The cashier which I did not get his name (Asian) was a complete Dick! If people do not like there jobs they should quit!! I am going to start shopping at Target.

Don't come to this store. Truckers are not welcomed. Not to shop or take our government regulated breaks. Rude employees. Maybe if your a local you will be welcome. But if you are passing through. Just keep going.
