My elderly parents popped in the store today to repair the latch on their hand held Dyson vacuum. Owner fixed it on the spot and didn't charge them. I appreciate your generosity and helpfulness immensely. Highly recommend.

Have been home from Midwest Vacuums with our new Sebo Airbelt K3 for about 2hrs. Logan did an awesome job discussing all of our options up to the tiniest details! Who were going to argue over vacuuming? Highly recommend this family owned store.

I took my Sebo vacuum there today because it wasn't working as it should. I spent a good two hours "fixing" (aka not fixing) it. I had bought the vacuum in 2019 because Sarah recommended it "way back" then and have loved it. But I haven't taken the best care of it; it's a vacuum, you know! I was so fortunate to meet Easter, the lady who works there and who is a blast. Easter explained to me, gently, many of the things I was doing incorrectly, and she even got my vacuum to work, which I certainly couldn't. (For some reason, Easter was not all that impressed with my re-using a bag, and especially because it had a few~~not many~~ mouse chewed holes in it. Hmmph.) Anyway, I decided that Easter could possibly be correct about the vacuum needing a thorough cleaning, so I left it there and will pick it up in a week. Much to my astonishment, the quote for the thorough cleaning really wasn't very much. I should have done it a long time ago! Belinda, not Glenda lol

My family has, for many, many years, relied upon Midwest Vacumms in Lawrence, Kansas for our varying home care and vacuuming needs. This week, I had need of a small repair for my well-used and quite old, yet still very much "use-able", upright vacuum. Upon my arrival at the Lawrence store, with my vacuum in tow, I was greeted warmly by Logan. I explained the repair I felt was needed and within seconds, literally, Logan assessed the situation and shared with me that regretfully, the parts necessary for my repair were no longer available due to decisions made by the manufacturing company of my vacuum. I was not given the "run-around" thankfully. I pondered this new information for a moment and then asked Logan if perhaps he could find a way to repair the issue himself while I waited. He agreed to try to do so and amazingly, he did, within only 3-4 minutes' time. While I waited, I looked around at the stores' vacuum selections. When Logan re-appeared with my repaired vacuum, I asked him if he had light, but sturdy and powerful upright vacuums available for under a certain dollar figure. He immediately confirmed he did. He showed me 3 options that met my parameters. He was knowledgeable about the products he showed me and easily yet thoroughly answered my several many questions. He did not attempt to upsell me...which helps me to know I'm working with someone I can trust. I made no purchase this week but I may well do so in the near future and...., I will have no need to shop around or to research and try to figure out things out myself. Midwest Vacuums does this for you with knowledgeable, helpful and well-informed staff. Thanks Logan and Thank You Midwest Vacuums!!! I'll definitely keep coming back.
