Tried to rent a 4 bedroom in Lawrence from them and I wasted my time and money on it. They wanted a 600+ credit score and wouldn't accept anything else. They wanted 1750 a month but where I currently live I pay 1830 a month. Now, why would I have a problem paying that rent? I have never once been late on a rent payment in the last 10 years. Where I currently live is a 3 bedroom townhouse and I was able to get it with no credit! My place also has 3 pools, a tennis court, a fitness room and a basketball court! The Lawrence location didn't have anything like that to offer. Not even worth a 600+ credit score. The only reason I even applied is because I need to be closer to my job. They were also very rude to me in my email. They are asking too much for far too little. Also they made my little sister, who has suicidal tendencies and other mental health issues cry just calling her just to tell her she didn't meet the income requirement. So, I do not recommend them. The duplex I toured wasn't even that great, a major downgrade from my current place. And they want a credit score of 600+ when I got into a much nicer place with nothing?! Makes no sense! I'd give no stars if I could.

Property listed at 525 on multiple advertisers but was told it was 650 at viewing. They showed the apartment to two of us at the same time and then said whoever gets to the office first gets the property. I was on my lunch break and couldn't rush down there to to pay and by the time I got there the place was rented. They told me about another property and when I called to schedule they wanted another battle royal to get the place by having multiple people view it at the same time. They don't schedule viewings on the weekends either so they are not working people friendly. Not surprised by their bad reviews. Avoid them.

complex isn’t owned by this company anymore but when it was they didn’t keep up to date with maintenance requests.
