“Had my wedding dress altered here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dress was completed a little earlier than expected which is great and they are happy to hold it a few days after final fitting.
Only issue I had was final cost was over 50% initial estimate, almost 100% more. I was warned that it would depend on how complicated the sleeve work ends up being but I assume they'd at least give a heads up if it was going to be significantly more than original estimate. Thankfully I was in a better financial situation than when I first dropped off the dress but I was still shocked when given the receipt.”
