Customer service is HORRIBLE WORST EVER. Called to check prices and ask for a description of the item I'm interested in and the guy hung up on me for no reason, rude and 18th century like. Unbelievable. The sales people with Winsupply in Topeka were great and set me up with a nice bidet and elongated toilet, love it.
