Derek, Brandon and Chase at Lawrence Kia were absolutely wonderful to work with! I spent all weekend at other dealerships, and I can truly say that I really should have made Lawrence Kia my first and only stop. From the second I walked in the door, I was treated like an actual person that needed something better for her family. I walked in knowing what vehicles I was interested in. I was given price options on both and I never once felt rushed or pushed to do anything that I didn’t want to do (unlike the other dealerships I had dealt with days prior). I was able to upgrade my mom car to a beautiful 2024 Kia Sorento and the process was the smoothest and most fun experience I have ever had, hands down! I am truly thankful for the people I worked with. Thank you Lawrence Kia for the amazing experience! And thank you for following up with me the next day to see how it was going for me!

Purchased a vehicle from them back in March. Salesman was great. Thought we found a great dealership we could go back to for future purchases. Boy! We were wrong! In Late July into August, we started noticing issues with the AC not running consistent the vehicle would just shut down when it was idle at stops. We contacted Lawrence KIA who gave us no assistance since the vehicle was not giving any codes and told us to take it to a HONDA dealer. We videotaped the car to have proof of what the car was doing. Honda told us that there was a recall on communication. So guess what happened after the recall was complete? BOOM! the vehicle started throwing codes. Codes came back that 2 wiring harnesses needed replaced. No problem, we have the special warranty! NOPE! The warranty does not cover wiring, even though it clearly states it covers ELECTRICAL. On top of all this when my wife was in contact with Lawrence KIA's service tech he informed her 'you should have your husband call'. WHO EVEN SAYS THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE?!?!? I tried to reach the General Manager of Lawrence KIA, but he was too busy to speak to me, so an email was sent out that still has YET to be replied or followed up on. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A USED VEHICLE DO NOT GO TO LAWRENCE KIA. They will fill you with happiness, popcorn and all the things, but once you drive off the lot, they do not care about having follow up customers. Shoppers beware!!!

Not finding the vehicle that we were looking for locally, we decided to go to Lawrence and check out the KIA dealership. We had an appointment, and worked with Saydee as our primary sales associate, and Haylee who was shadowing, to continue her sales training. Both ladies were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They listened to our needs and wants and answered all our questions. We were looking for a Telluride with a specific trim package, and they did not disappoint. We did not think we would be driving home in a new vehicle, but all aspects of the transaction, trade-in and financing, went smoothly, and we made the purchase. Every KIA employee that we met was very personable and our experience was exemplary.

I had a pretty good experience with Haylee Cheek. Even though she mentioned she was new, she made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We also worked with Arabian, who further enhanced our experience. The finance department was pretty backed up, so we had to wait a bit.
Edit: there were a few things that I’d change. 1) when everything was finally settled and we were walking out the door, found some paint chips. Not sure if that was due to the detailing but it wasn’t there when we looked at the car. 2) car description said, “privacy windows” but they weren’t.
Still happy with the car but felt a little dirty when we left.

My daughter has had her car less than 2 weeks and has been nothing but HELL & HORRIBLE SERVICE. She had to take it in 3 days after she purchased it and now the same situation is going on management the owners have not called spoke to us assured us apologized for their horrible customer service the managers sit up on their pedestal like money vultures this is very unprofessional. To top it off one of the finance guy had us waiting around while he was on the phone vaping in his office.

I had a good overall experience , was very busy that day but drove home in a new kia! I was in the dealership for 4 and a half hours, but was end of the month. The salespeople were all very nice Dylan Wells did a good job showing me all the options on the new hybrid. This is my first Kia, hope the car is as good as my Hondas.

If you’re considering coming here, do it. They have awards everywhere and it really shows why when you’re visiting. I bought my first car and I do not regret coming here one bit.
The waiting time was non existent and I was 40 minutes late to my appointment due to a 5.5 hour drive.
We worked with Aaron. He listened to my wants and dislikes and did not try to sell me whatever car. He listened to my requests and came through. He offered us a drink probably borderline too many times haha(not really) the customer service here was overwhelmingly phenomenal. Aaron worked very well with me and I couldn’t appreciate my first car buying experience anymore :)
Ann was my fianance gal and she knew what she was talking about and was very informative with any questions I may have.

First person I talked with was Destiny and she made me feel comfortable, gave me accurate and clear info and helped me know what I needed before driving 4 hrs to get there. Aaron helped us on site and he was great, really helpful with no pressure. Best existence I've ever had At a dealer. Thank you
