Very helpful & nice!
Help me more than my humane society in my city (Topeka) smh! Lady were able to give first rounds shots, dewormer & flea prevention for 3 puppies.
I’m keeping one but the other 2 need to be rehoused. If anyone is interested let me know… These 2 in the video are looking for new homes. Black one is a female pit-bull mix & light brown one is a male also pit-bull mix.

Cant say enough good things about this shelter. They connected me with my dog Zeus, previously named Myan, when he was only 8 weeks old. Now he is over a year old and we absolutely love him!!!! Thank you Lawrence Humane Society for all you do!!! ❤️

They helped us get our pitbull back after she was dumped by a trusted family member in the middle of Lawrence. They turned what would’ve been an absolute nightmare into us re-uniting with our baby and best friend! They took amazing care of her, did her Vaccines for only $10 and handled everything very professionally and empathetic. They are kind, patient and considerate people who genuinely care about the work they do. Thank you guys for keeping our Angel safe while she was with you and helping to bring her back home safely.

I went and got a kitten here recently and everybody is knowledgeable and kind as to helping us pick the right kitten and getting me all of the information and everything I would need to know. They have such a great collection of adorable animals as well! If you’re looking to get an animal, definitely make this your first stop!

Very nice facility, and the faculty was very helpful. Started out fostering, and then with the passing of our old dog, we decided to adopt our foster. He is working out beautifully.

I’ve gotten two of my pups spayed here and I also brought one of my dogs here to get a splint when her leg was broken after getting hit by a car. Every single time I’ve gone to the Lawrence Humane Society, it’s been such a pleasant experience. Their staff always go above and beyond with their customer service. Also, their fees make emergency vet care so much more easier to deal with. I am so appreciative of the Lawrence Humane Society!!
