If you ever have automotive issues, this is the place to go. They stay pretty busy, but they do great work and follow up to make sure your vehicle is back to 100%. Great team of mechanics!

I avoid taking my car anywhere else. Building a positive relationship with a shop is possible, albeit rare. LAD does great work.

Made appointment about a week in advance for 8am for a wheel alignment. I thought the work was going to start close to 8am. I was told it would be done by 12 noon. Work was completed about 2pm. The alignment seems fine. I was planning on waiting until the work was done. I guess I didn’t understand what the 8am appointment meant.

I recently had some car service done on my vehicle. The blower went out, therefore I could not get any A/C working. LAD was able to not only get me scheduled for service quicker than anyone else; but, they were also able to get me taken care of by the end of that same day! It was very much appreciated because I commute everyday to work.

For the experience you are getting the price is well worth it. Will definitely be coming to these guys again. The couch in their lobby is awesome as well.
