“I come here every week, never had an issue until yesterday. The handle of a washing machine wouldn't unlock, trapping me clothes inside. Because it was Sunday evening, I didn't get an answer when I called the "emergency" number they provide but left a message. I called back this morning and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was flexible about when to meet, reimbursed me, and paid for me to wash the load again because of the length of time it took to get back to me. Really appreciate the level of customer service and the willingness to make it right.”

“Don’t let all the cars parked outside fool you, their are plenty of washers and dryers available!! Every time I come here to do laundry it’s always in and out no wait at all! Theirs a lot of stores around if you choose to walk around of just wait inside with free WiFi!”
