It's really simple. Price Match policy is listed on website. Asked salesperson about it who replied there's no such thing. Sent a screenshot as proof. Said they'd discuss with managers. Asked for details of comparable car. Haven't heard back in two days. The response I received after checking in was "The managers have been absolutely swamped and in all honesty the customer in front of them gets priority. I will try to get you an answer today." Sitting here waiting for them to decide if they want to honor their own advertised policy so I can drive 45 minutes to test drive and buy a vehicle. Guessing they don't want the sale.

I A text was sent to tell me my car needed additional service and to tell me when it was ready. I was waiting in their lobby! If someone is in your lobby personal communication should occur!! When I commented on this I was told it was “easier” for them to text and that’s the way they did it. To me this says that the customer doesn’t matter and they will do whatever is easiest for them. Not the kind of service I expect.

I bought my car two years ago and immediately discovered an issue with the electrical system that is potentially dangerous, especially that it happens in the rain. I’ve had this car for two years and this issue persists after taking my car in several times the mechanics are unable to figure out what is wrong, and it only re-occurs in the rain. I’ve given them more than opportunity to fix this on top of that they are not honoring my extended warranty contract by providing me with a rental vehicle when my car needs to go in for service.

Purchased a truck in mid-November and it's been a nightmare. I am out of state, so we had to take it to a local Ford dealer to get the work done. As soon as we got it back, something else went wrong with it. Taking it back to the local dealership to get fixed, then trading it back in to Laird Noeller. Time will tell how they treat us. Laird Noeller did take care of the first problem,I hope I can come back and say they took care of me. I will update this review when it all pans out. I know I've made 2 payments and drove truck less than a week total. Lets hope Laird Noeller continues to take care of this problem.

We were traveling across the country with a travel trailer and our F-150 started having issues. James Mann was fantastic in assisting us with the problems. Thanks to this dealership for all the service. Highly recommended!

Booked an appointment with them for the oil change, tire rotation, inspection package for $59.99. Came in at 2:40 for my 2:45 appointment. Was told it would take 40-45 minutes. 2 hours later they finally finished. Nothing really to report from the inspection. If you want a long wait for so/so service give them a try.

Gotta say, I've never had a good experience using a dealership service center prior to my last experience with Laird Noller. With all the supply chain issues and what not that the country is facing they were able to get me in on short notice, complete the work to my truck very quickly and were extremely transparent and upfront about the cost, timing, etc. I highly recommend, if you need any work done on your Ford, to give Laird Noller Ford a call. James was the service manager I was in contact with and he was great. Professional and personable. Can't recommend them enough!

Save your money, and invest in a dealership that values you! This dealership sold my vehicle from underneath me!! After I ask if the dealership was able to deliver the vehicle, their tone completely changed. I live in KCMO, the dealership in Lawrence, KS (surprise, surprise, they treated me poorly). The vehicle and all paperwork were completed. My bank, a financing company, ask me to request that their selling price be closer to the vehicle's worth, and the dealership took it as me "unsure of the purchase." Simply a question, but not indicting I didn't still want to purchase the vehicle. I would have to put up more money on the back end, as the bank only gave me the vehicle's worth. (This dealership is pricing vehicles far over the MSRP). A convenient thing for the dealership, the GM casually telling me the vehicle was unavailable because someone could drive the car home today. Keep in mind, my bank had already made a check out to the dealership, the dealership sent me over a buyers agreement, and then they sold the vehicle to "random Joe blow" who came in off the street after they old me over the phone, and through text the car was mine! In closing, the GM called and tried justifying 3 of his sales rep's decisions to sell the car in an argumentative tone. The sales rep understood that I still wanted the vehicle despite the difference in price for my family of 5.
