They come and pick up my car and give me a loaner. (Seems easy, but no one makes this process simple until now.) They take my car to change the oil, rotate the tires and anything else that needs to be done. I don’t have to worry about a thing. And I never feel like they are doing things to get more money… they are just taking care of my car for me.Jerry Hall is the one who always shows up to take care of me and is the kindest soul you will ever talk to. He genuinely ensures you receive the best service. There could not be a better face for this company. He is just wonderful! I will literally keep buying cars from them over and over as long as Jerry is still working for them. ?

We couldn't be happier with our new Santa Fe hybrid Limited which Tyler Dark found for us. We closed the deal a few days ago. Daisy Lutze took us through the features of the car very professionally and we couldn’t be happier.On a sidenote, we bought our 2017 Santa Fe from Tyler back in 2018. The Lawrence location cares about their customers and doing what is right. I had a bad experience happen with the Topeka service center . Long story short, if they had taken 5 minutes to explain the process instead of making excuses and leaving information out, my engine could have gotten fixed sooner and not put me in danger on a highway. Jessie at the Lawrence service center listened to me, made me her priority with getting my vehicle safe to drive again, and checked in with me. They are top notch at the Lawrence Hyundai Genesis dealer and service center and I would recommend anyone to them. You all deserve 10 stars. Thank you.

Overall experience with the service work was good. Oil change, some fluid flushes and tire rotation. Dropped the car off the night before for a 7am appointment and couldn’t get the car until 9 hours later at 4pm. Called twice at 1pm and 3pm for an update but only got the answering machine and no call back. Finally had to ask the person who answered the phone the third time at the dealership not to transfer me but go get a real person. Just know appointment times don’t mean anything and they’ll have your car all day. Service Manager explained the work and even caught a fluid spill on the car and had someone clean it up. Service work A-, customer service C+.

Had our Genesis GV70 serviced here. Took awhile to get an appointment as they were booked 6-8 weeks out. I feel like that's a Genesis issue though, don't blame these guys at all since they're servicing the entire KC area. Next time we know to book well in advance of our next service.That said, Jerry was awesome and very kind. He picked up our car promptly and returned it to us by EOD. He kept in constant contact with us and the car was sparkling upon its return. Would highly recommend, just book in advance if you're a Genesis owner!

Started out at their used lot with Dakota and he was really helpful and trusted him to put me in the best vehicle possible. I did not anticipate leaving with a brand new vehicle, opposed to a used, but it ended up happening and it's been great! Also got a great deal on my trade!

Sevice was great, getting in was not , only Genesis dealer around , took about a month to get in for recall and oil change , there phone goes to central office in KC and you have a hard time getting to a service rep. love my car , but may think twice before I buy another one. They need to let Hyundai provide warranty work.

They are very helpful, supportive and professional. I worked with Erica Barnam. She went the extra mile in so many ways . I had a complex situation and solution was found. All of the associates were friendly and non- aggressive. I was able to lease a car and am very pleased with the process and service. They have a rental service and a shuttle service that eas excellent. This was my second car with them and I was happy to return.I

Joe Kelly allowed the vehicle we messaged him about and showed up to test drive from out of town on time to be sold to someone else. We had already gotten insurance on the vehicle for our auto loan. He allowed someone else to walk in and gave them the opportunity to purchase it while we stood there…said he had to allow the opportunity which was incredibly unprofessional, we had stated we wanted to commit buy prior to them. Very unethical.

When I arrived no one was around. People were on their phones and I was ignored until I went up to someone. It was my first time there, when I asked where I should go for the service I was given directions rudely. It was almost like I should have known. I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone. When someone finally called back it was that my car was ready and not much detail.

Todd was a great salesman. We worked a deal over the phone and I picked up 2 weeks later. My biggest fear was that it would sell to another customer before everything was finalized. Integrity was much appreciated.
