Site claimed free shipping site wide. When checking out, applying the 'special' code only got a shipping discount. Only way to contact customer service is toll free number - nobody has time for that!

Your website needs help. I was trying to buy something for someone else and hard to differentiate billing and shipping address. My hubby got it to work buy just putting my brother's info except on credit card. You should really correct this error and make site more user friendly.
