They are not robots, people!
As I was told multiple times when I picked up my tire. Obviously not, if it took you a day and a half to put a tire on a rim. Everyone has bad days, emergencies, and just life that happens. I even understand the end of the night/week strain, but I am not a robot either. I did not deserve the attitude I got. I was the one who had my property misplaced. Never got a call back or contacted about a delay. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't be getting a tire back at all. No, you are not robots, but you are supposed to be professionals.

I cannot sing the praises any louder as to how wonderful K’s Tire Sales & Service is. Coming from a college student who has moved from KCK to Lawrence, K’s has made me feel comfortable getting help when away from home (my dad usually helps me take care of my car).
K’s is a trustworthy business. They are kind on the phone AND in person, are quite reasonable when it comes to prices on services and tires, and most importantly, they are very timely when it comes to repairs considering the untimely manner of car maintenance.
Much appreciated, and I will continue coming to K’s as long as I am living in Lawrence.

Calm, quick, and available work appointments. 24hr turnaround times for tire replacements, rotations, and alignments. The folks at the phone are also approachable and easy to communicate with.

I had an alignment done in mid May before a long trip. Now my tires weren't new but had several thousand miles left on them. But after about 3000 mi. I noticed that the inside edges of both tires were worn clear to the belts and had to replace them on the road!! I would not recommend them if I'm not going to be there for warranty work.

Traveling for business I got stranded in Lawrence on the way to a show in Missouri. Jimmy was able to make time to help get my alternator replaced so I could get back on the road! Very grateful, made it to my show on time!

After receiving high recommendations for K I decided to bring my car there for a basic checkup.
The staff at K are so friendly and welcoming. They were quick to getting to my vehicle and honest about what they thought of it. Pricing was more affordable than other places I’ve been. I wish I knew about K sooner!

Very happy with Jimmy's service! He works hard in behalf of his customers...I've seen him so tired, but he keeps on going. What I like best is he & his crew always look for preventive maintenance items. I can't always budget it then, but I thank him and bring the work back later.
