We come to Lawrence every other year and always pick up some Kansas gear for the kids. The two employees on Sunday March 24 were standing behind the counter when we came in. They didn't even look up from their phones or acknowledge our presence one time while we were in the store. I actually said something loud enough to my husband so they could hear regarding how rude they were. I got an eye roll from one of them. We left. Too bad for the store because we went to Rally's House down the street and spent over $200. As a comparison, the employees at Rally's were very attentive and actually working (stocking, organizing products, and most important, paying attention to the people who were in the store).

Finally made it to Jock's. Itch on a recent trip to Lawrence. Easy on street parking right out front and friendly staff. The selection was solid and prices are good! A great alternative to the bookstore. Give them a try and follow them on IG - I do!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The employees are unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone shopping here. My family and I will not be shopping here in the future. So disappointed.

Decent selection of KU Apparel and at much better prices than Kansas Sampler down the street. You won't find as many trendy and unique pieces here, but if classic and sporty is your MO, then you'll find what you need!

I use them to order baseball uniforms for my sons team. They have done their best to get our uniforms to us as quickly as possible with delays related to suppliers that were out of their control. Ryan went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. The uniforms are great quality and we always get a lot of compliments on them

I highly recommend Jock's Nitch with great in-the-store selection and local customer service. They are also great for team uniforms. I've worked with Ryan at Jock's Nitch several times now, and he makes the uniform ordering process easy and has gone the extra mile to get our team what's needed. I had a minor issue, and they resolved it quickly without any hassle. They provide service that you can't find from retail giants. Overall, they are an excellent hometown store... glad we have them in Lawrence.

It's really frustrating to order merchandise and spend money at a business who can't seem to answer their phones during business hours. I called for over 20 minutes straight to check on my daughters order and no one even bothered to answer and ask me if I could hold please.

Our softball team uses jocks nitch to order our jerseys. Almost every single time they got our jersey's wrong! We ordered a set and the colors were completly wrong! When we told them they were wrong and sent a sample of the colors we wanted they messed it up AGAIN!!! Then we finally got the correct set. Next season rolls around and they mess them up again! Its safe to say please don't go there!
