Very disappointed. Wish I would have read reviews first bc it seems to be a consensus - terrible arrangement for a hefty price. When I saw the photo they sent me, I asked for it to be more filled out and they said it would cost more, but I had already paid $85 before tax for this.

Complete trash. I ordered a dozen Roses arranged to be gothic with black roses and black twigs. I didn’t get that. I got all American beauty red roses instead. My requests were ignored snd I was lied to. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You ruined my daughter’s bday!!!!!! Make it right!!!!!
