I’ve used this pharmacy for many years. They are always friendly and get my medication filled as quickly as they are able to. They are busy so you just have to be patient. Thank you!

First I told that my prescription was out of stock and they didn't even bother to call ahead of time to let me know at my scheduled pick up time and date. Then today I go to pick it up it wasn't even ready they told me I could then wait 30 mins for a prescription that should've already been filled. Everytime I go here I exspect at least a 15 min wait more if you are going in the drive thru...... This location just lacks basic customer service they aren't friendly and take an absurd amount of time to grab a prescription that should already be completed....

Never not had issues here. Every time I use the drive through it takes no less than 30 minutes. Going in the store isn't any better either. They also auto refill my prescriptions at the wrong times. To top it all off, I called to have a prescription refilled and was told they would call my doctor to take care of it and was never told I need to have my doctor call the pharmacy. Now I get to go an entire weekend without the meds I need!

This used to be a place where I could shop while waiting for my nedication, but not anymore. They are either so short staffed that they can't keep up with orders or something else is going on. They had my medication in stock but would not fill it while I was in the store and said it would be ready by tomorrow. Waited over 2 days before they filled it. What is the point of advertising quick, friendly service if you can't manage it?

After years of feeling consistently judged, having stock issues, lack of communication and knowledge, especially by actual pharmacist lady (everyone knows who I’m referring to), today my prescription showed in progress then when we arrived it wasn’t in stock. She was not helpful in getting it transferred (I’m sick, this was for something I needed in a timely manner) and said after awhile she would leave a voicemail with the DR. I finally called CVS who was happy to transfer it and fill it immediately. Will be transferring the rest of my prescriptions ASAP.

Bunch of morons and a rude old lady she should be fired or moved to another area where she doesnr talk to customers. If you want your meds on time go somewhere else. I called in a prescription the other day and all they said was "okay we will text you when it its ready" it wasnt until i drove there right before closing that they told me they were waiting for doctor approval. You shouldve told me this it was an emergency medication! I have never had this issue before. Even when another pharmacy has to do this it takes a couple hours to get dr approval. Not multiple days. Get better at your job!

The staff can be pretty judgmental. My experience was so embarrassing, good thing I can just go to the local IHS.

Many of the staff are rude. Prescription sent in by my Dr and it wasn't' ready over 24 hour later.

Go somewhere else for your pharmacy needs. Hyvee pharmacy refuses to honor GoodRx coupons (coupon said the medicine would cost around $5, ended up having to pay $22), doesn’t always order medicine when they receive a prescription, and will try to give you medicine that is expiring soon relative to the shelf life of the medicine (less than a year out for an epipen).

I've always had an issue with bad attitudes or feeling rushed. Even when I call, you can tell they're in a giant rush to hang up. Don't listen when I told them I had a different GoodRx card. I finally just moved over to Dillions and they are so much nicer.

Something weird is going on here. I only recently realized they were shorting my Mom on her insulin...when I brought it up the first time and pointed out that the pens have to be "primed" before each use, the person on the phone told me the pens didn't need to be "primed".....I insisted I had read the instructions and that is what it said....she checked and said "you're right, I'll let the pharmacist know and have them call you". When the pharmacist calls me-she gives me some malarkey that the manufacturer accounts for the waste by putting "extra insulin in the pen for that". I pointed out that my Mom was wasting 6 units a day and there is no way the manufacturer was allowing enough extra insulin to allow for that. They gave me an extra pen. However, this happened the next month-again...this time they were charging for a 20 day refill (which was still not enough when you account for the waste when priming the pen)...I complained that there was a monthly co-pay that they now wanted to charge every 20 days. Then I was told the insurance wouldn't pay for it...I called the insurance company who then called Hy-Vee pharmacist with me on the phone...they asked why they (Hy-Vee) wouldn't give out a monthly supply of insulin, then the pharmacist blamed the doctor and said they couldn't because of the way the doctor wrote the insulin order???? This isn't everything...there is more...I hate to change pharmacy, but I might cuz this is crazy. And it still isn't quite settled to my satisfaction. Something is wrong here...please post if you or someone you know is having crazy issues too.
