Hayley was beyond helpful. Woke up to a dead car and she personally came out to help jump it. When that didn’t work she quickly took me back to hertz and got me in a new rental ASAP. Thanks Hayley!

Hayley was awesome!!! She came through in a big way for us at the last minute. She was cheerful, outgoing, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend renting a car through her at the Hertz office in Lawrence, Ks. We would definitely use her again.

We were in a tense situation when my friend was needing to get to her daughter a few hours away, and Hertz Lawrence took care of us so well and ERASED the stress. Hayley was so responsive and supportive and professional and our car was dreamy!Enterprise on the other hand, took our reservation and then waited a half an hour to call and inform us that there were NO cars available!Your loss Enterprise. Hertz’s prices and availability were better anyways and then Hayleys superb and fast service clinched it. It will be Hertz from now on. Thank you!

After calling and coming and being turned away and calling again. Then showing up and nobody being there when they said they would to being given a dirty vehicle. I would not recommend using them if you have a choice. Nobody knew what they were doing and were instead hoping I knew what they were supposed to do. Frustrating experience to them not even answering the phone.

Lawrence Auto Group is the Hertz rental franchisee in our town. They always do a great job and take care of our needs. Very friendly people to help you. Reasonable rental rates. Great cars.I'm sorry. I thought I had a five star rating. I don't know how it got set to three stars.

I have called this particular location with a confirmation number for rental they didn’t have the reservation was told to call back at this time I told them I needed a truck I called back an they found the reservation however didn’t have a truck very short an not helpful at all will never go there our recommend them very unprofessional
