The elevators were constantly broken. It would take a week or more for even simple things to get fixed within the apartment. Fire alarms would go off constantly when there was no actual fire. Don't live here.

Apartment was not cleaned at all, juul pods and razor blades under my couch cushions. Also bathroom was disgusting.

Place was updated. Parking was terrible for visitors. The room still had belongings from previous person in it. Nothing was cleaned in the room. They did not have my room key available for a few days. My toilet was clogged and did not get fixed for a while. One of the roommates was not a student and had a background.

MANAGEMENT SUCKS! TOOK MONTHS TO GET AN AIR FILTER CHANGED. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK DOESN'T KNOW ANYTING. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL! THE POOL IS NEVER OPEN WHEN IT SHOULD BE. THE POOL WATER IS DISGUSTING!! THE ELEVATORS AND FLOORS STINK AND ARE FILTHY. THE DISHWASHERS ARE CHEAP AND DONT WORK WELL. THE OVENS MUST BE FROM A USED FACILITY BC THEY DONT WORK WELL EITHER. THE PLACE IS A DISASTER. WOULDNT EVER HAVE SPENT THE MONEY TO LIVE THERE IF I HAD KNOWN THIS ALL. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN LAWRENCE. JUST FYI!!!

Great location to campus and ok overall apartment. During move-in, the apartment was absolutely disgusting. I've never seen mop water so black after so many passes. A whole vacuum canister of yuck from a shoebox of a bedroom. Kitchen cabinets had stuff smeared on them. It was clearly never cleaned before move-in. They are slow to repair anything, hot water was out for weeks, elevators constantly down, pool never reopened (left in June and still not open). The Peloton bikes never worked. The price would be worth it if things actually worked and were clean.

They’re gross, not cleaned before you move in, you pay a redecorating fee for no reason, we had to move out before the month was up, the appliances and elevators break every other week. They make you deep clean the apartment even though you payed the redecorating fee that should cover that

- my apartment was filthy when I moved in
- missing furniture
- dried up puke on my bedroom floor
-key fob wouldn’t work day 1
-was literally told my a member of the staff that sometimes they have too many rooms to clean that a few get skipped over… HUHHH?
-there’s literally a review on here that says there was poop in the toilet upon move in….
- half the building is freshman now
- hallways are consistently dirty and smell
- walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors
-micro sized rooms
- hot water went down 3 times this year
- valet elevator constantly down
- south elevator only works for some people for floor 7
-I left for Christmas break with everything in tact, and no maintenance requests pending so no reason for anyone to be in my 1 person apartment, when I came back from Christmas break, my door to my laundry closet was broken off and laying on the ground… nobody would tell me why that is, and it took them a week to even acknowledge me to get it fixed
- alarm constantly going off at night in lobby
- maintenance team takes 4 months to respond to anything, and that’s a big IF they respond
- they advertise after hours numbers but none of them work
- anything you ask the front desk you’ll get told “we’ll give you a call” and you’ll NEVER get a call
- trash rooms are constantly overflowing
- costs an arm and a leg just to park on site, unless you want me be restricted of the amount of times you can take your car
- basketball court is nice if the net wasn’t gone half the time
-the noise is unbearable, don’t ever expect to be able to study
-the amenities are constantly broken and the pool deck is always in disarray
- if you are promised a gift card incentive when signing the lease, don’t worry, you’ll get it… like 5 months after you move in
-zero entry showers on the 7th floor so your whole bathroom gets to flood :)
-fire alarm going off every month
-Wi-Fi is terribly slow… especially if you are below floor 5
-advertise a box delivery room but half the time your box is just sitting in the office with no notification to you that is has arrived
-management will never respond to any emails that include criticism
That’s just my experience, I guarantee others have other stuff to add to the list
-I know the apartment below me has a leak in the ceiling because my bathroom floor has a leak and they sent out maintenance who “fixed” it but 3 months later I get a knock from an actual plumbing/water company and they said it was horribly done and said maintenance would be in ASAP to fix the problem… they never came
The only good thing about this place is location… don’t get fooled
I’ve also heard that no matter how clean you are, they try to charge you for stuff after you move out… TRUST ME, I have everything WELL documented. Me and my lawyer would LOVE for them to try and charge me for something
Of course management won’t reply to this review just like they don’t reply to anything bad…

THERE WAS POOP IN THE TOLIET WHEN WE MOVED IN. this place stinks. if you lose your keys, it'll be about 200 bucks unless you leave a five-star review ? so yeah they are bribing us, dont listen to the good reviews. every week I walk down my hallway to see the fire exit signs hanging from the ceiling. people also just seem to punch holes in the walls everywhere! I think the vandalism is hilarious!! I'm glad Im not the one paying for that ? on top of everything you can't even park in front of the building without paying the meter. like what? I live here and already pay to park why doesnt this include the meters? this place is overpriced and ran by children

The staff members are incredibly friendly and very helpful. The apartment complex itself is very clean and there are so many spaces to study and hangout with your friends.
