Had an emergency and needed a telescoping ladder. Website said they had it. Drove from Lake Perry to get it. They were out of stock and would not sell me the display unit. Had to drive to Topeka to get it. Poor customer service.

Best place to buy tools! Quality is getting way better too. Even if you get a bad tool and it breaks, warranty is so easy to deal with. Best location I've been to as well, hardworking folks here do such a great job and are very friendly. Never had a bad experience. They're the best! I get sad when HBFT doesn't have the tool I need, they're usually my go to.

This is my favorite tool store. They have such a wide variety of tools from the best to the ones that people like me can afford. I buy all of my tarps and sanding discs and so much more. I would recommend even buying any of the toolbox’s they offer and you can save a lot more if you join the inside track club . I have been a member for years until recently when I started slowing down in my garage.

Ryobi tools last longer (in my opinion).Great place to find deals on tools you don't use as often.I got a 3 ton floor jack for $109, great deal.
