extremely disrespectful young men working there. made faces as me and belittled my intelligence when I had clearly stated I understood and just wanted to do the AT&T return since the other amazon box was UPS only.
the kid then had me pull the UPS label back up for the amazon package and said, "yeah. big letters right there. you don't see that?"
I had just said I got it and wanted to only do the AT&T return. I cussed and they refused me service. Ridiculous. I'll never be back.

Asked $16 to upscale a single PDF page in black & white an hour before close and said they couldn’t start it until tomorrow. Make that make sense to literally anyone with a home printer and the right pdf reader.

Said they would deliver a package by a certain day and time. They did not. This led to my package being left at the door two days after the first “attempted” delivery was canceled due to “no one being there”. Note that this did not stop them from delivering it two days later. Their attempt to reconcile was to have me pay them MORE money to ship it back. I paid UPS to get it back to me because who in their right mind would pay a failing company to right the wrongs they did to me. Better go with UPS or USPS. FedEx will lie to you.

When I walked in Ryan greeted me and asked what I was in for. Then he walked me over to the self serve copier and walked me through printing all my documents, helping choose which were black and white or one-sided or double-sided. It was super amazing to get help and to get through the process. I will absolutely come here again the next time my office printer is on the fritz.

Do whatever you can to avoid using Fedex!I spent hours carefully packaging a very rare clock with a ridiculous amount of expensive packing materials and they destroyed it. I paid for the extra insurance just in case, but of course they flat out denied my claim and said packaging was inadequate. I have shipped thousands of boxes with very little issues, I know what I am doing. When I tried to dispute the claim they bounced my call around and disconnected me many times, when I finally got ahold of someone who told me how to dispute the claim, they just came up with the same answer.They do not care about you or your package, they robbed me of my money and left me high and dry.

I am an elderly person not particulary at ease with electronic equipment and presently living in Lawrence, KS, not far from a Fedex store. So whenever I need pictures printed or documents copied, I walk to this store and ask for help (which actually means, doing all the work for me!). And whether Milo, the manager, or a staff member helps me, the conversation is friendly and the results are impeccable. But I better show up early, for this is a busy place. What would I do without without these great people on Mass. Street in Lawrence, KS?

I don’t understand why FedEx doesn’t do anything about the people that sit out front. I wanted to go into FedEx and after getting out of my car and walking towards the door, a Hispanic gentleman with long hair was violently vomiting on the ground. I turned back to my car and waited and then proceeded to see him drink a beer and vomit some more. It’s out of control and incredibly sad.

I do a lot of shipping and I never use this location on account of the transient people out front. The last time I walked by, they hurled a racial slur at me. What an awful place.

I purchased a very expensive package that I didn’t want sitting on my porch all day. I went online and registered with FedEx and specified I’d like the package to be dropped at the 911 Massachusetts location. I got an indication that it was delivered and called the store just to be sure it was there. It wasn’t. Not their fault, the driver’s mistake. The employees at the store were super nice and made many calls to track down my package. They had a driver pick it up from my doorstep so that the porch pirates didn’t get it. They brought it to the store where I could pick it up. I can’t tell them how much I appreciate their help ! Fantastic customer service!
