Unfortunately the new owners of Everest Liquor don't understand that box wine is sometimes off. It happens sometimes. It has only happened to me 3 times in the last 5 years. Everest Liquor (with their 100 Satisfaction Guarantee) refused to exchange my sour box because I had bought it 9 days ago. Not sure what that has to do with it. They said wholesaler won't take it back after that amount of time-not true I have been thru this twice and retailer exchanged with only receipt required. No questions when I opened -etc. Warning if you buy box wine from them open immediately, if sour take back immediately & hope for the best. Very disappointed.
