Very close to KU, very clean, quiet, and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Scooters nearby, and many eateries within walking distance. I got low rates even on a football weekend. The owner, Ken Patel, is very helpful: if you ask him nicely, he will make Indian masala chai for you!

Room was not clean stains and cigarette burns in the bed and blankets. Service was not the most helpful too. Would not recommend anyone to have to stay here!!
