We worked with Brett and another gentleman when we went to buy a vehicle. They were both great. Brett has been excellent even after the purchase. Had some issues scheduling servicing with a dealer local to us and he helped get it set up and taken care of. Much appreciated all the way around!

Please be careful when buying from Dale willeys. In the reviews (Osage Scholar wrote) was very similar to our experience. Our jeep renegade wouldn’t start 5 days after we bought it. And when we went to them for help, Steve said “it’s better then the car you brought in!” And after he tried to apologize by saying he lets his frustration get the best of him because he has 7kids??? I have never felt so dehumanized, by the way we were spoken to.

Just bought an Acadia a few weeks ago, now it suddenly does not start due to a fuel pump issue according to the Dale Willey service dept.! Instead of taking responsibility for their failure to ensure the parts were all working before handing it over, they want to blame us for not getting the "proper" warranty, and NOW want to charge us $1500 for parts and labor! Why was this not taken care of during their pre-inspection if it was a "bad part"?! The guy on the phone said, the simply do a "visual inspection." This is ridiculous. Don't get cars here as they will sell you one with messed up parts then make you foot the bill!

Bought a vehicle Feb 22, within a couple of days had to take it in. It’s now April & I still don’t have my vehicle back. Turns out it needs a new transmission & the warranty they sell you causes delays unless you want to pay full price to the service center for their parts which are the only ones they guarantee, not the ones I paid for on the warranty you sold me. The service manager’s excuse for selling us a car that way, “if we actually fully inspected every used car, they’d all need a new engine.” Such a disappointing and unprofessional experience across the board.
