This dealership is the best o have ever been to for sales. They worked on getting me my truck until I went home with it. I was al.ist ready to give ip and then they came back with we will work it out. It was a great experience. Glad to have went through them. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a vehicle.

Well I had a terrible experience with Justin today. I was sent to the Chevy dealership by A+ Auto because after thoroughly checking over my car and not being able to duplicate the issue (at no charge), they thought my issue may be computer-related and the dealership was the best place to check this. I told this to Justin the very first thing, and before checking anything out, he immediately dismissed me and said that wasn’t the issue. A+ had told me my battery & connection looked perfect, but Justin kept saying that was probably the issue and it would be $200+ and several days to attempt to diagnose it. As I was leaving, he precedes to casually insult me by asking if my car sits outside a lot (yes I have to park under trees that have messed up my roof’s paint finish, but what does that have anything to do with why I’m here) because a car in this condition looks like it sits outside a lot, hahaha. It was flat-out rude and uncalled for. I turned around and took my car and will not got back. The entire interaction ruined my day, and my car still isn’t fixed. If he just could’ve listened and hadn’t been so completely condescending things could’ve turned out differently.

Changing from five stars to one. At first, they were no-nonsense, until we started the purchasing process. Their manager tried to talk us into trading in our car at too low of price, then wouldn't let us have our mechanic to look over the car. He was very pushy and rude, and even made the salesman stay after hours. Then we had to sign a form stating they gave us a chance to have the car checked out (we did have that chance, but the price would have dramatically increased if we didn't buy that day). Never again.

I used my app to schedule my appointment and got it about an hour later! Amazing! Then, what I was afraid was needed turned out to be a simple wheel balance! AND I was able to wait instead of leaving the car for hours! Quick service. Less expensive than expected. Same Day Appointment. a BIG WIN for me!

I am very displeased with the service me and my girlfriend received this past Friday night. I went in to look at a 4 door version of the same truck I own after seeing it posted all over social media saying it was ready to go cold air and new tires etc. well that wasn’t the case the truck was blowing 98 degree air and no ac in July. Next I had them appraise my current truck shown on the left same mileage 1 year difference and just an exstended cab. Montey seemed annoyed to even do this but then comes back to me saying it’s worth 4k with no lights on the dash and the truck he’s selling is worth 17,500 with no AC and lights on the dash. I then told him that I would like a competitive price to the same truck in Wichita that had 4WD since his had 2WD and he proceeded to tell me that makes no difference in the trucks value andto drive to Wichita and buy that truck. He then asked for my offer I told him 14k cash and he said he will not negotiate on a used truck. I told him I would like my keys back and was ready to leave and he proceededs to chase after me and my girlfriend as we leave. Sad thing was he couldn’t even remember our names to yell at us. I will be taking my business to a true GM family dealership. This dealership is a disgrace to the GM family and the management needs to change. Second bad experience with this dealer beware.
Update: the General Manager called and stood behind Monty behavior. The General manager was under the perception there was a deal to be made still and that’s all he seemed to care about. I can’t believe this place is still in business. After reading many concerning reviews it seems that all they do is just clear the codes on the used car and park it on the lot and then when the lights all come back on 20 miles down the road it’s the customers fault not a very fair honest business model to me.

Jaimy was fantastic. The buying experience as a whole was easy. I had the truck serviced a few weeks after at the dealership and they took great care of me. Even through in a few car wash tokens to keep the truck looking as good as the day I drove off the lot.
