Sam one of the Mangers and and should be the GM and a gym who once owned his own gym in my opinion who’s IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and been at this gym from day one have never seen a person more proud of his gym via the cleaniness or and just passionate about his gym and everything about is what a gym should be the gym here that’s why I keep coming.great job to him and the staff there much appreciated ?????

Nice gym and equipment. However, it's busy, and a lot of people just sit at the machines on their phones instead of finishing their sets so others can use the machine.

Great place to work out. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Great friendly atmosphere. Always kept up, very clean. Highly recommended!

My schedule is always changing. I choose crunch because I used to work 12hrs shifts 7pm-7am. So on my days off I would come around 1am cause that’s when I woke up and stuff but it’s sucks cause now they close early at 12am….and then now I work mornings shifts 4:30am-3:30pm and even when they say there are open online I would walk in and they would be closed. Nothings worst then taking prework and finding out the gym you pay for is closed. :(

After being a member for more than a year I can provide some feedback on this business. I think this gym has the best hours of all the gyms operating in town at this time. Very convenient that it's open 24 hours during the week for those that need it. It has a lot of equipment even though equipment is on the cheaper side and a lot of the machines are often broken or "needing rest" as this gym likes to call it. Men's bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty. 80% of the time they are out of paper towels. The machines and treadmills are very dirty as well. Covered in spilled sports drinks and sweat. Yes your employees make an illusion of cleaning them sometimes melancholy petting them with a dust feather but they need to be properly cleaned. The floor in the weights area is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There are multiple big holes in the floor and it's easy to get your foot caught in them and fall down. I would address this immediately but it has been like this for more than a year. One of the biggest problems is your staff. Most of the people working the front desk are not very friendly. They don't want to be bothered. They want to watch videos on their phones and play games. Some look like they absolutely hate being there. Remember that those guys are the face of your gym so it's very important to get them trained on customer service skills. It seems like the biggest problem for this gym like many businesses in general is proper management and adequate employees. I used to work for Crunch Lawrence, worked out there for years before that, and still go now. The staff and atmosphere are AMAZING, but Crunch is extremely frustrating when it comes to cancellations and refunds. I know it's custom for gyms to make people physically come in to cancel - that's not the issue. After filing for a cancellation or refund, I had many clients that were repeatedly charged after I turned in the forms to my boss. So, I KNEW they had properly cancelled because I turned in the form myself. I have old clients still texting me now saying they were charged, and I have photos of their cancellations with dates. This isn't normally an issue with the in-house staff! I love all of the in-house staff! Someone slightly higher up is responsible for finalizing cancellations and refunds, and they are horrible about getting it done. It happened to almost all of my clients after cancelling upon my leave, and happened frequently while I worked there. I stopped working there last month and I have a former client that got charged today. I don't leave this review to bash Crunch as a corporation - it's my favorite gym I've ever gone to. I specifically have beef with whoever can't seem to do their job!

Great gym, nice and clean, friendly staff… my only bone to pick with this place is how can you possibly say OPEN 24 hours a day for 5 days a week (24/5) when it doesn’t open until 5am on Monday? That wouldn’t be open for 24 hours on Monday… I get there at 3:30am on Monday and it’s locked with one staff member working out. Maybe I’m missing something here. I think your motto should be more like 24/4… I even checked the hours on Google before I came and sure enough.

Crunch Fitness is fantastic, largely due to its amazing management team. From day one, you can tell they truly care about creating a great environment. They're always present, approachable, and quick to address any concerns.
The staff reflects this strong leadership. The front desk team is friendly and efficient, trainers are knowledgeable and motivational, and class instructors are full of energy. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, thanks to the hardworking cleaning crew.

Crunch Fitness is awesome! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The trainers really know their stuff and make workouts fun. Class instructors bring so much energy and make every session enjoyable. Plus, the place is always clean thanks to the hardworking cleaning crew. Highly recommend!
