Avoid servicing your car here! It took weeks to get our Highlander in. They had it for days and not a single call to update us. When we called them, four days later, they said they couldn’t look at it. We showed up in person and suddenly it was being checked out. All in all, they had our vehicle for FIFTEEN days and charged us over $3,000 for repairs that they had “repaired” previously. Do NOT trust these people!
I noticed a promise that a manager would be getting back to us to resolve the issue. Shockingly, we haven’t actually heard from anyone.

I purchased a car from Crown Toyota last month. I had issues with a seat belt and one one of the wheels was very scratched. I was appalled that Crown did not do a thorough inspection. I had to goto my local dealership to get the seat belt fixed because they said it was a safety hazard. I hope in the future Crown does a thorough inspection on there used vehicles. I did speak with management at crown and that did not go well. Remember, I am a valued customer and you should always do the right thing.

We were fairly lucky but we were able to purchase a 2024 Toyota Prius limited by putting down 1000 dollar non refundable deposit on the vehicle. Our sales person was Josh let me just say he did a great job of keeping us up to date on the car. Then when we purchased the car he had everything ready and organized plus he was well versed on the car. Josh has a great background at the dealership and it makes the entire process one of the best we have had. Thanks Josh for your attention to detail and product knowledge.

Absolutely awful place to work! The salary is okay at best and you work 60+ hour weeks normally! Not to mention if you make even the slightest mistake you are immediately warned you will be fired. Wouldn't recommend this place of "business" to anyone wanting to work there or buy a vehicle from here! THE PLACE IS PREDATORY!

Appointment and they fixed my airbag. Went over to the body shop to get an estimate on my car because a deer hit it and they let me know all what I needed and how much it would cost to fix my car.

For 8 years now I’ve been driving a sad little ford named Dale with major transmission issues. I went to Crown Toyota mainly just to LOOK at cars (it’s such a good excuse to hang out with Stephanie). Walked out with the prettiest brand new car I’ve ever seen. My first big girl car that I bought completely on a whim because Stephanie is too good at her job. No regrets here. Only happy thoughts. Everyone should get to hang out and test drive pretty cars with Stephanie at least once in their life

I just bought another Tacoma from Crown. Charlie Ross is the reason. He is a great salesman and always takes care of me. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. I think Crown Toyota does a great job of making the customer feel special. Chase in finance did a great job too.

We were not actually expecting to buy the day we visited Crown Toyota, only wanted to drive the new Toyota Crown. Randy, our salesman was very personable and helpful which impressed us. We took a drive to the south of Lawrence and liked the car. After returning to the dealership we talked about our trade in and their offer. I did not want some of the features on the car they had and told him. They said they might be able to find a car with what I wanted for my offer. I agreed to that. There was never any sob stories, fake anger, etc. that I have seen with some salesmen. We never felt pressured and it was a pleasureable experience. I would recommend giving Crown Toyota a chance if you're looking for a vehicle.

I had such a wonderful experience at Crown. Between car shopping, financing, maintenance, I’ve never been let down and there’s no other dealership I am willing to take my business to. Randy D. was amazing to work with in helping find the perfect car for my lifestyle and family. Chase was wonderful with ensuring my payments were affordable and that I understood everything I was getting myself into. Recently, I also interacted with Gabe in services after an issue with a car. He was quick, efficient, and friendly and Crown was only helpful services department in the area that would check the issue out. I have always received exceptional service from Crown but these interactions were above and beyond.

I cannot explain just how thankful we are for the services that we were provided. Stephanie and Chase made our experience easy and out of this world amazing. I would highly recommend Crown Toyota for their vehicle needs at any moment. My whole family was sick and unable to travel.
