DO NOT GO SHOPPING HERE. This man sold me a car that doesn't drive past 40 Turns out the transmission is going out completely. Refuses to take it back or fix it. He also lied about the sales price on the papers he gave us saying "you'll save money". I'm only 19 he just took all the money I had basically.

Purchased a Car from this dealership about a year ago, I’ve driven the car essentially all over the country and have had no issues. I’m more than satisfied with my purchase and would definitely do business with them again.

I got an SUV over a year ago from Crossroad and this is has been my best purchase so far. I've had no issues with the car and every time I needed to fix something, I always went back to him and his mechanics always made it right. Even when other mechanics in town will give me such an expensive quote, I'll call Crossroads and he always gets someone to work on my car at little or no charge. He's always willing to make it work and I appreciate that. Since then, I've had a friend buy from him too and have had no issues with the car. He always tells us to let him know first if something needs before we try others in town. And trust me, I've bought cars from others (even in KC) who ripped me off.

I have purchased couple of cars from Crossroads Auto world and I never regret buying from there. These cars are at very reasonable prices. The cars run very good and reliably. I am really satisfied with the performances. I have traveled many times with the cars with no problem whatsoever. If I ever need a car again, I will definitely patronize Crossroads Auto World.
