“I cannot praise the people working in this location enough. They have wonderful tellers and the most patient bankers. I'm having an off day today and wasn't having it while being difficult and this banker was patient and and actually got me straightened out. I will always recommend this bank especially this location and I will never not send anyone here especially my employees to open up their account.”

“They offer solutions, not just products. I had an unusual baking need. Not just an out of the box question. My large commercial bank that I have had for 30 years said they couldn't help. The only solution they offerered was outside of their bank and would have cost me 12%. I tried a few other banks without success. Then I took the advice of my sister and my mom who have been using Truity for years. I went to the location near 6th & Kasold in Lawrence and talked to Alex. He didn't have an easy answer at his fingertips, but he worked through his manager to secure a solution that no other financial institution would try. Since then, Alex is my go to guy.
