He even gave us both a handshake as we left thanking us for our purchase. AND helped us load the desk into our car. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! Amazing customer service. “I was looking at computers. The first guy spotted me and I asked if I needed help. I said nope and with no hassle left. Then I did have a question. The next salesperson was busy helping someone. I saw a salesperson doing something in the computer area. I asked a couple questions. She recognized pretty quickly that she didn't have the answers and found the first guy. The first guy came back and we had a great conversation about computers. Of course he tried to sale me something but it was definitely o pressure. All this to say, I go to Best Buy because in general the staff is knowledgeable and knows where to find the answers. When I am ready to buy they do all the necessary work to help make an informed purchase. I always go back.”

“Amin was very helpful when my system went down. He gave me the correct advice, which saved a service call to our house. He had set up the service call for a time as quickly as they could come, but I canceled the call because of his advice over the phone. Definitely a service-minded person and business.”
