rolled in late...night guy, Logan, was the best. very patience & had no problems upgrading my deal after he finished check-in.damn if we did end up w/ jacuzzi in our room step away from the bed...comfort inns kicked butt in KS....AND...the Best breakfast ever! 1 wonderful woman doing what 10 folks couldn't.And she was happy...great place

I'm still waiting on you guys to release the deposit since November 29, 2023. The front desk man told me that it was returned, but it is not. He gave me and email address to follow up and I emailed them but the email address do not exist apparently. If someone knows how to contact management in here I will appreciate your help.

5 people staying here this Sunday night and they decided to put us all in adjacent rooms despite this having 3 floors with at least 75 rooms. So I am up and packing at 2am because the drunk neighbors have been rattling and scratching at the other doors since 1am. I finally called the front desk when it sounded like they were taking the door off the hinges and got NO APOLOGY. "Oh yeah I helped them get in their room".This cost $30 more than the other hotels. I wanted to get a good night's sleep because I am driving 10 hrs a day to get across country by myself for a family emergency. Now I am up in the middle of the night. I could've stayed at Motel 6 for half the cost. Also the vending machine doesn't work, the room heat doesn't work, the clock doesn't work, the toilet seat is cheap flimsy plastic and the bed and pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable.Just choose a different hotel. You'll be happier

This hotel amplifies everything that I have known Comfort Inn and Suites to be- I was greeted and checked in by a very friendly front desk person- They informed me of the pool and work out rooms and were very knowledgable of thier property- They have a complimentary breakfast, a nice indoor pool and a weight room to work out in. My room had more room in it then I knew what to do with and a nice desk/comfortable chair to be able to get some work done. There was also plenty of pillows on my bed which is always nice as it is nice to be able to have the option to prop myself up and watch tv if needed- There is a nice area for pets to use outside that has a good peice of grass in it- Thank you Comfort inn and Suites staff for a great stay!

Would not recommend staying at this hotel! We found a cockroach in our room and the hotel would not give us our money back after we left. No options were given to us when we said we had found a cockroach in our room and the front desk lady acted like this was not the first time they had this complaint. I was told 2 different times that the manager would call me to talk about the issue we had, but never received a call back.

Overall good stay. Breakfast area was clean, well stocked, tasted yummy and the gal running it was very nice. Room was barely decorated, but it was fine. We are family of 6 and appreciate Choice Hotels having suites.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I made a last-minute booking and mistakenly contacted the wrong hotel to confirm my check-out time. Both their website and the front desk staff assured me that the check-out time was 12 PM.However, the real trouble began when I realized I was actually staying at a different hotel with an 11 AM check-out time. The cleaning crew informed me of this, but I confidently mentioned my prior confirmation of a 12 PM check-out with the front desk. They contact the front desk to clarify.When the front desk person called me, he informed me the check out time and when I told him that their website and other front desk person said otherwise. After that, his attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the situation calmly and professionally, he rudely informed me of the correct check-out time and even threatened to charge me for another night if I didn't “get my things and leave the room” then hung up.This interaction left me deeply dissatisfied. I felt unfairly treated and disrespected. Such poor customer service and a complete lack of understanding and empathy for an honest mistake are inexcusable.As if this wasn't enough, I went downstairs to check out and address the issue in person. The front desk employee's attitude was even worse in person, and he was raising his voice and shaking with anger. I did not feel safe at all during this encounter. It was only when I started recording him that he began to calm down, realizing he was being recorded. This sudden change in behavior was shocking, as moments earlier, he had been screaming at me.I immediately contacted the corporate office to address this issue, although I have concerns that the on-site manager may not take appropriate action. I requested a review of the security cameras, hoping there was audio to capture the initial aggressive behavior. I also have recordings of the interaction, although they don't capture the full extent of his initial outburst.This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing. I have clear evidence of the mistreatment I endured during my checkout and I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately. My safety and well-being should never be compromised during a hotel stay, and this incident has left me with a terrible impression of this establishment.

I was in the area for a bike race, and I stayed at this hotel because it was the closest one to the event I could find. It wasn't terrible, but given the choice I'd have stayed somewhere else. Although the room was decently large and the beds were reasonably comfortable, our air conditioner didn't work properly and the room was too warm most of the time. Also we had an issue with our keycard and got locked out of the room on the second day of our stay. On top of that, the breakfast wasn't great, and the hotel was on the expensive side.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2023, due to a kid sporting competition. The room was fair. However, they would not offer breakfast before 7 AM despite having a hotel full of kids in sporting competition that needed breakfast before 7 AMHowever my biggest complaint is that this hotel does not honor their or their employee's word. I accidentally booked two rooms for this event. My fault that I did not discover it until check-in. The hotel clerk canceled the duplicate reservation and stated that he would try to see if the one night penalty could be reversed. The next morning he stated that the hotel was able to rent that room out and I would not be charged the one night penalty of $216.88. I also never received a confirmation of the charge for the one night penalty. However, I did receive a bill on my credit card. Once noticed, I called the hotel, spoke to Justin, and explain to him my story. Justin stated they would not reverse the penalty despite the fact they rented the room out because it was corporate policy. I call it greed. I asked for a confirmation of the penalty charge as well as the name of the employee working that night who told me I would not be charged. Justin has yet to send that information. I then called Radisson. Radisson stated that the one night penalty was not corporate policy, but individual hotel policy. They continued that they would investigate the complaint and get back with me in 2 to 3 business days. After 10 days of no response, I called Radisson. They stated that since I did not have a recording being told, I would not be charged that I was going to be charged the 1 night penalty despite the fact they rented the room out. So beware! This organization does not accommodate the needs of their customers, they do not stand behind their employees word, and they do not follow through on their own word.I travel frequently. And yes, this hotel is greedily keeping my $216.88 punitive penalty despite being told I would not be charged, but it will be the last dime Radisson will ever receive from me.

Service was great. All of the staff were friendly. Absolutely love the on-demand coffee with French vanilla creamer. Breakfast was pretty impressive for the quality of hotel. The handmade waffles are the best. They have biscuits and gravy with sausage and toast, English muffins bagels. They have three different kinds of juice, cranberry apple and orange. They also have apples and oranges. We didn’t use the pool but the kids seem to like it. Room service was awesome and they were friendly. We had a couple of issues and the staff corrected it promptly.

Booked for 2 nights and left early! I'm a traveling nurse and stayed here. The house keepers were very rude and loud. I was not able to sleep because they kept slamming doors. I called to the office and complained 2xs. The 2nd time the manager attempted to address the situation but the house keeper's continued to be loud allowing the hotel doors to slam shut. This went on from like 930 am until they were done cleaning rooms at 1pm. Horrible i will never stay here again! Asked for a refund and was denied. The hotel window is also by a busy street (highway) so it was extremely loud. Not a peaceful place AT ALL.

Room was good. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Price seemed excessive. And the one thing that really bothered me was the $150 charge to my credit card for "incidentals". Yes it was credited a day or so later, but I just never heard of that practice before.

Checked in after midnight to a reserved suite for 5 adults. No bedding on the pullout. Went down to desk and clerk handed us a mattress pad, sheets and pillow cases but no blanket, also warning us that the hotel is full and there will be no extra towels. One sheet had tuft of human hair folded in. Back to the room, we noticed NO shower curtain. Clerk had to bring one up and install it. In morning we noted only 4 towels for 5 people. Same clerk very annoyed when we asked for a towel but handed one over when I asked if 5 people were supposed to share 4 towels. NO usb plugs so must bring cubes to charge phones. 2 outlets that don’t work. NO hot water in shower, only tepid, water barely trickles out of shower head and water collects up to ankles, as drain is clogged. Toilet flush handle broken and sticking out of toilet. Giant squirt of something brown on wall under sink. Hoping it’s ketchup? Filthy curtains with brown stains. TV worked fine. Had HBO. Good breakfast, good coffee, kind cafe employee.

Bed bugs!!! Stayed less than 5 hours & was just about to go to sleep. When we turned on the lights we saw bed bugs crawling up the sheets.We captured the bugs & showed the night auditor to request a refund.It is the next day & no refund!!The hotel clerks now say the manager will not be in until week. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

If I could give 10 stars I WOULD!! I stayed here in August and the service was absolutely amazing - the breakfast is fantastic and fresh! I, however, was a dunce and left something I had bought on our trip there. I was absolutely heartbroken, but everything turned around when I called and housekeeping had grabbed and saved it! I was able to ship them a package with a smaller package with a prepaid label inside for them to send it back to me. After MUCH trouble with getting everything ready and shipped, I received my item back today! The consistency and communication can not be matched and I am FORVER grateful. I highly recommend this hotel!! ❤❤ you guys are the freaking best.
