I really like this storage facility. The lady at the front desk, whose name I can't remember, and her husband, who live on the property, are wonderful people. The only downside, which is bad for me but good for the business, is that they don't have any space for my 53ft trailers because all the slots are already full.

We have been using Clinton Storage for many years now and the service is impeccable. My items both in covered and uncovered storage feel secure and whenever I've had a question about anything, the management there is always quick to respond and help with EVERYTHING I have had questions about. Thanks!!

Not sure why the other review is 1 Star. This place ROCKS! Affordable prices. Easy sign in and set up! Clean storage units. This is my second time to rent from them since July of 2020. It is Feb. 2022, now. I had left a voice mail and I received a follow up call the next day about having 2 units available. She held it for me since I was first via a voice mail. The place is clean. Never a line. (The New Yorker in me loves this!) The place is easy to get in and out via the gate. You receive a key and a magnetic key for opening the gate. Only once have I had someone come down the lane I was in while dropping off some stuff. I backed out, which wasn't hard. This place is right by Clinton Lake. You can park boats, trailers, campers in addition to different size storage units. If you want easy, affordable and clean, this is your place to go.

I have been renting an RV space here since 2006. Overall the experience has been great. It's accessible 24/7. Spaces are generously sized and very well marked. One other consideration for RV owners is the yard has no shadows and parking is oriented North/South so those with solar chargers get maximum Sun through the day. The other renters out there have been very pleasant as well. We did have one RV that was broken into and a tv stolen. They took one half of the mount too which was more expensive than the tv to replace. But the management called immediately to let me know my door was open. That happens everywhere and I've spoken with a couple of folks who moved there from other storage companies for that reason. It's location puts you on Clinton lake and in several campgrounds within minutes. I wouldn't change anything.

Very friendly staff, easy to deal with. Three days after I parked my RV there, my catalytic converter was stolen. So my plans got derailed, I'm out $2000, I have to go to KC to get it fixed, and I have no guarantee it won't happen again. So a new storage facility is in my future.
