….already have a unit. Problems with door access code consistently not working in the back. There is never anyone in the office during posted open hours.

There is literally never anyone in the office. Their listed hours are meaningless. You'll only find someone there through blind luck, and even then they're typically hiding where you can't see them around the corner with the doors locked. It's an okay storage facility if you already have a unit, but if you want to stop in to pay a bill or rent a new unit you're better off calling and hoping someone actually answers or going to the Public Storage down the street.

Great location, clean, secure, temp controlled and indoors! The management are very helpful, informative, inviting, and professional. Reserved and rented online, picked up keys in an hour. Definitely recommend.

Management is super friendly, available, and local. Everything is clean and kept nicely. Your stuff is easily accessible, and can be accessed late. Prices are reasonable. This was the perfect thing to go in this location.

Everything about this storage company is amazing. Let me start with the manager, she is great, helpful and went step by step through the process. There is wonderful security and lighting there. And ALL units are climate controlled, so I can go into my unit and go through things and not have to worry about the rain, snow or cold weather and even hot weather.

This is hands down one of the best storage facilities I've ever used in the country and easily the best in Lawrence. It is new and that is a bonus. The office administration and management is excellent. I enjoy the ability to access my unit around office hours with the security and knowledge that someone is available if necessary. The location is perfect for wherever you may live and especially if you are a student at KU looking for a solution, short or long term, to store your things where college living can be restrictive in terms of closet space. You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain in choosing Climate Storage in Lawrence!

I currently use four different storage units between Lawrence and Eudora. Of the four, Climate Storage is best. (1) friendly and knowledgeable staff, (2) the doors have doorstops, (3) there are large rolling carts available for use in moving heavy items, and (4) sometimes when I'm sorting comics in my unit, I get to listen to some heavy rock drum beats from someone practicing in their unit!

Nothing like calling a place at 1pm for a storage unit and being completely oriented, paper-worked up and moved in by 5pm! Amanda in the office made everything easy and spelled everything out for us. Unit was in pristine condition. They even had dollies and carts we could use to ferry our stuff from the truck to the unit. Couldn't be easier, and I couldn't be happier!

The employees are super awesome, the storage is way cheaper than i thought (compared to other places). Its easy to get around and its always clean. Definitely, better than the other storage places ive tried in Kansas.
