“Edit: after this review/email to them, they promptly replied and fixed the issue, and shipped the package out to me quickly. Glad they were able to help me there and get my order to me!Review 1: I made an order on August 15, and it was shipped out the same day. Apparently USPS wasn’t able to deliver it, so it got sent back to their Kansas store. I sent them an email 4 days ago requesting a refund and haven’t even tried to reply. They tried to mark it as delivered to my location in CA when it wasn’t. Now I went on their website, and it’s saying the stores closing and going bankrupt? This is a really sketchy situation this store has left me in, and now I’m out $82”

“Absolutely LOVE 2 Shy Kids! Store is always clean and very well organized. They have live sales, which is super helpful when you need something held for a day. Great prices, Friendly staff. The owner, Brooke, is so sweet and always makes you feel welcomed. I can’t go into the store without buying anything! They have something for all of the kiddos! 10/10 recommend!! ??”
