I highly recommend Ms. Sira and the wonderful ladies here. When I first came here I had terrible breakage. Due 100% to their hair styling and helping me with products to help my hair, my hair is now fuller than its ever been. Everyone here is so polite, kind, and professional. If you want folks who truly care about you and your hair health please give them a call. I promise you won't be disappointed.

My review from 2/2023. I haven't had my hair braided in several years, and was going on a cruise and didn't want to deal with having to use a curling iron daily on my hair, so I sought out a braider to do my hair. I read the positive reviews about Sira on Yelp, so I decided to try her. She was very responsive to my messages and calls, and told me what hair to buy. The day we met she called me to say she was running late and that was fine, and she was very nice and had a warm friendly disposition about her. It was my first time getting crochet braids, so she explained the process on how she was going to do my hair. She would check to make sure the braiding the cornrows was not too tight which I appreciated. When we finished, my hair looked full and beautiful. I received many, many compliments on my hair and it was good to wear on the cruise. Sira was even so kind to take off some of the fee that I had to give her because she thanked me for my patience in running late, but I gave her a tip and told her thank you very much. I will going back to Sira for sure for my next trip and maybe before as my hair really looked nice.

Ok I was skeptical at first but I have found my Angel and her name is Sira!!! Sira was very proactive about reaching out to me to let me know she was running a little late (her baby sitter fell thru) If uve read any of my other review you know i HATE lateness so i started off on a bad foot but, Sira appeared and made it ALL BETTER. The rumors are TRUE SIRA BRAIDS SO FAST. i got individual tree braids and SIRA IS A WIZARDESS. OKAY. Her baby was present. Baby needed food. Baby needed nap. Baby needed snuggles. This was the most UNFUSSY baby. She would break to meet the babys needs and them go back to my hair and my hair was STILL 1/3 OF THE WAY DONE INSIDE OF AN HOUR AND A HALF IT WAS INSANE. Sira gave me EXACTLY what i asked for! No nonsense about not wanting to part the hair into enough sections, NO TALK of microbraids. IT WAS LIKE GOING BACK TO 2002 AND FINDING *THE* BRAIDER. I HAVE FOUND HER. HER NAME IS SIRA. SHE CAME FROM L.A. AND SHE IN NYC NOW. HER L.A. CLIENTS CAN STAY MAD BECAUSE WE ARE KEEEEPING HER FOREVER. PLEASE NEVER LEAVE NYC SIRA!! The Bronx is hiding A GEM W THIS WOMAN. I knew as SOON as she parted my hair it was going to be RIGHT because the section was SMOL and she used MORE synthetic uair than the size of my natural hair parting meaning it was going to look thick and nice. I got up to stretch my legs at some point and THIS WOMAN HAD SNUCK A PILLOW ON THE SEAT. WILD. THOUGHTFUL. ANGELIC. My hair is BEAUTIFUL and im SO HAPPY.

They don’t follow the hours online or on their website. This is the second time this week I have came to the store and it wasn’t open even though it says that it is online. It is currently 5 o’clock it says it is open till 7 but nobody is here.

Sira is a good person and an excellent hair braider. She's communicative and honors clients' time. She is considerate and will check to see if she is braiding too tightly. Her work speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

Sira is the sweetest and most gentle hair stylist I know. It was my first time getting my hair braided and Sira guided me with how to purchase the hair and which hair to get. She was on time and very pleasant to spend 4-5 hours with. I received a lot of compliments on my hair.

Sira is very skillful and artful. She is a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit. Today was my first appointment with her and I am very pleased and happy with my hair. Sira is very accommodating, she made sure that I was comfortable. While Sira was braiding my hair, she would repeatedly ask me if I was feeling any discomfort. She wanted to make sure that I wasn't feeling any tightness in my scalp. I am also impressed with her studio; Beautiful! So comfortable and very private. I've already made plans to return and I'm looking forward to having Sira be my "go to" for braiding. The other perks; close to transportation and restaurants.
