I was glad to make my first visit an uneventful one. I was involved in a minor fender bender and wanted to get confirmation that car components that were not visible were all fine. They did tell me I had the options to get the minor cosmetic damage fixed, but it was not necessary for me even if I was not paying for it. I appreciate the staff taking the time to look at my vehicle and now I know where to take our cars in the future if I or a family member are unfortunate enough to get into an accident.

Carstar originally quoted 3 days to fix my car following a small accident. I took it in Monday morning and it was ready to go home Wednesday afternoon. Very good service, with continual communication on the repairs.

Carstar of Lawrence fixed my car so beautifully that you could never see the place if you tried. They were courteous and knowledgeable and finished even sooner than they predicted! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!
