I’ve decided that the time savings tied to trying shoes and clothes on to find what actually fits is worth the trade offs with online shopping. We went looking for tennis shoes for my daughter and found some nice slip ons in her size and on sale. Great customer service. We will be back as she grows and for any other footwear needs. Glad to see that they carry quality kids shoes.

Arrived, 2 workers were talking to each other and on their phones. They were not offering to help.I asked for help 'what is the price on these ..?' and the reply was 'about $100-$114, I am not sure'.Not only were workers on their phones, talking to each other and not customers, the store was a mess with boxes everywhere I almost tripped a couple times.. very disappointed.

No one would help me. I walked right by a sales person 3 times never asked if i needed help i stood there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to come ask me if i needed any help so i just left

I chose to go to this location due to being closer to me than the Topeka location. I was greeted by Nick and WOW! He is so knowledgeable and listened to my issues with a pair of shoes that just weren’t working for me. He put several different ones on my feet but we hopefully were able to find the best ones for me!!!! I would definitely recommend this location and this employee for your toughest shoe issues. Thank you Nick for taking time for me! I WILL be returning.

Nick Cammarn is one of the best shoe salesman I have ever met. He really knows the ins and outs of how various shoes are made. I have wide feet and I struggle to find attractive comfortable shoes. He was super busy, but kept circling back to me with additional pairs to try on. He ended up ordering what I wanted. Since I live in Topeka, he is having them shipped, but with $0 shipping fee. Thank you for great service Nick!

Out of all of the Brown's shoe stores that I've been to (Topeka, Manhattan, Nebraska City), Brown's Shoe Fit in Lawrence is the best. It definitely beats any discount store. The staff provides excellent service - courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. The inventory is large and varied - high quality products. Brown's Shoe Fit is everything you won't find at a discount store. I highly recommend shopping here for your shoes.
