Sarah is ABSOLUTELY amazing. While the repair is taking a lot longer than i like (I'm attached to my Ghost) She went above and beyond looking for my kayak air pump so I could at least still go kayaking while waiting for my car. Cannot wait for my Ghost to be back home!

I had the door replaced on my vehicle, the work performed was top notch. Sarah and Mike did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process.

3 months trying to fix dents here and they never send in supplements to the insurance company. Called them over 10 times in the 3 months, didn't get a call back a single time. Taking my car to a different shop after 3 months of wasted time and so many lies from the people there.

Worst experience ever. They took like 4 months and then blew up my motor. The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't leave zero, and they covered the cost of the motor. Never giving them my business again.

They were we wonderful.bI did not do business with them. They let me park my car while I had a rental from Enterprise next door.

Not how I’d run an auto body shop. My back bumper was hit and left in the parking lot last fall. Not a hard fix, didn’t affect drive at all. I was convinced to get it worked on instead of attempting it myself. Took me about 6 months just to get an appointment, as it was rescheduled once. All in all, they added about $1500 than what was originally estimated, mostly due to “labor.” Conveniently, this was about the same time my insurance company confirmed I’d only have to pay the deductible. Weird. I needed my car about 10 days after I turned it in, they said they’d likely be able to get it done, then didn’t. Every day I’d call and id had apparently “just missed” the technician to give me a more accurate timeline one when they would finishing. Ended up getting my car two weeks after turning it in feeling both taken for a ride and inconveniently strung out, left with higher insurance rates and likely the most overpriced back bumper this side of the Mississippi.

Seriously, do not go here. They try to charge for excessive fees like, “shop towels”. Not the most affordable place and not very professional either.

I had a situation to where my Jeep went into a curb and caused damage. I had to do an insurance claim regarding repairs for my vehicle. I choose Briggs Auto Body because it was a Shop my insurance does business with, they had good review stars and it was the closest to my apartment. I had my vehicle towed there. My Jeep was in the shop from October 30th 2023 until about the middle of January 2024. Just about 2 and a half months. I never once received a phone call from the repair shop nor my claims adjuster regarding my vehicle, I always had to call one of them to get an update of the status. Only phone call I got was it was finally time to pick up my car. Every time I called Briggs I was always told that they had to order another part and waiting for the part to come in, or that they couldn't give me an exact update at the moment. I promise you I heard a new part had to be ordered at least 5-7 times, or I heard at least 3 times that their alignment rack wasn't working which was needed for my vehicle. I was very patient through the process even though I was very frustrated. I finally realized that I needed to ask for Sarah when I called in, because she was would at least give me a reasonable status of my vehicle and she was very nice. She is the reason I'm at least giving this 2 stars. I just think the whole communication process was very poor on their end, and that at least to me there shouldn't of been a reason to keep my vehicle for almost 3 months. I have dealt with other body/repair shops and have never had an experience like this with anyone else.

Overall, they did a wonderful job with the body work! I do recommend them in that regard. My one concern, however, is with their removal of my Pride magnet from the trunk of my car during my car's stay at their facility. Briggs was replacing my passenger side door, yet somehow on the trunk of my car near my license plate, one of my five magnets was removed. Only the "Love is Love" Pride magnet was removed. I had four other magnets depicting various messages that were left on my car, including one that said "Kindness Matters" etc. One would think that if Briggs had to take off all of the decor from the trunk of my car for the purposes of the body work, that they would have removed everything, not just the Pride magnet. This magnet was removed and placed on the driver's side seat in my car, which I found when getting into my car after picking it up once the body work was completed. Perhaps this is simply an oversight on their behalf; however, given the 'political' nature of the magnet that was removed, it makes me a bit weary of the underlying business practices of Briggs. I'd love a response from the business explaining these actions, and am willing to change my review if this was simply an oversight or mistake on my behalf.

Brought my car in for body work 9/13. It sat in their lot without work being done. Took it home and brought it back beginning of October after they guaranteed me the part was in. I still don't have my car and it is 11/8. Terrible service, rude and condescending personnel. They have never called to give me status of my car. I continue calling and never get correct information.

Nope. This is not how you run a car repair business. Why would you let somebody set an appointment weeks ahead of time, and then tell them once they got there that you were going to keep their car for three weeks?
I know I don’t understand everything from your side, but the way you did this to my mom today was ridiculous. You don’t leave an 82-year-old little lady without a car for three weeks with cold weather coming on.
If you needed information about the car in order to order parts and paint so you would be ready to work on the car the week that she brought it in, why didn’t you ask for that information so you’d be ready to start repairs at least this week?
At the very worst, this would’ve been an entire bumper replacement. One part, ordered from the manufacturer, then painted the correct color, maybe 25 clips total on the thing? 45 minutes of work after paint, maximum? Seriously.
If it was insurance holding you up rather than your inability to plan ahead, why would you not give someone the option to pay you a deposit ahead of time to get the parts, so that they could get the work done more expediently, then turn that receipt into their insurance company to get reimbursed?
You’ve got to know that you are inconveniencing people and making their lives much more difficult by not having your act together when they expect you to.
We ended up taking her car back and we’re going to take it somewhere else for this likely very minor cosmetic bumper repair.
If what happened today turns out to have become standard procedure in car repair, I’m swear gonna learn how to do it myself, because this is absurd. I might just get her a bumper sticker and we’re done.
I know you’ve probably got excuses as to why you said to her you were going to keep her car for three weeks, but I don’t want to hear them. Figure it out. Do better!
I’m very glad that my generation made “Karen“ a verb.
