I took an American Hat Company cowboy hat that was 40 years old into the Barn. It was in sad shape! The completely cleaned and shaped it to look brand new! No charge! Great customer service IMHO!

I was in need of some new work boots for the winter and visited Boot Barn for the first time. I had a great experience with just the right amount of service from the staff. I like to know that someone is easy to find if I need help, but hovered over like I can't be unsupervised. And Boot Barn in Lawrence was great! When I did have a question, I simply had to take a quick look around and someone was right there, smiling and ready to assist!Thank you Boot Barn!
